I'm quite sure someone has a direct link to amia_a.hak, I sure don't. When I need to update amia_a.hak when the chicken in the entry has the wrong number/human picture, I must download all hak files in one single zip-file
(http://www.amiaworld.net/hak/amia_hak.zip)
Not until that is downloaded, I can choose the "a" file and upgrade Amia.

This is so silly since I'm downloading amia_b.hak, amia_c.hak and amia_d.hak at the same time. Three files I just don't need to download and update.

Can someone just put in a direct link to amia_a.hak (and the other three too) that I can use to download only the file I need to download in the future?

The chicken says the link.

I had the same problem - Not being able to find the link that the chicken says. But you can just write it out. Or click this.

Put this link in the same text as the "Amia HAK (required)" link at the side of this page then. It's where at least I am looking for HAK-files and I doubt I'm alone.

I don't want to present a lot of options there. I guess a nice compromise is to put it in teh top of the hak page itself.

I'm not sure how to interpret the Hak chicken's message:
Quote:
"If the number on my portrait is not 002 (or I have a human portrait) you should update your amia_a.hak file...

Is there supposed to be a number on that portrait somewhere? I don't see one. It looks to me like the generic faceless man. So I'm not sure if that's a human portrait or not.

I haven't updated my amia_a hak, but I haven't found anything acting weird in-game, so I'm going along as if everything's ok.

The portrait should be a rooster/chicken and does have a number in the lower right hand corner . . . . perhaps redownload and reinstall hak?

If you have the correct one and click on the chicken, the portrait is a chicken, with the number "002" in bright red.

Ah ha. I updated the a.hak and sure enough, the hak chicken now has a 002 chicken portrait. Thanks for the info.

It's relatively self explanatory where to go when you need to download it. Chicken says http://www.amiaworld.net/update/ so you type that into your address bar and hit enter. All that stuff in the beginning is just the link to this site, so all you need to remember is the /update.

I updated the normal hak page with a reference to the update page.

Indeed you did, right at the top of the HAK info page. Thanks a lot! Things became a lot easier now.
