This page is just about updating one of the files in the Amia HAK pack. If you haven't downloaded the whole HAK pack yet you should do that and stop reading this page. The complete installation will contain this update as well.
Downloading
Pick ONE of the files below. The format depends on your taste.
There are no updates at the moment.
Installing
1. Open the archive. It contains two files: amia_a.hak and amia_tlk.tlk. They may be in two separate folders.
2. Go to your NWN folder and open the map called hak/
3. Drag the amia_a.hak file from the archive to the hak/ folder and replace the file
4. Go to your NWN folder and open the map called tlk/
5. Drag the amia_tlk.tlk file from the archive to the tlk/ folder and replace the file
Checking if everything's fine
Let's say your nwn folder is here: c:\program files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\
The NWN folder is the one that contains nwmain.exe, btw.
Then this is how it should look like:
c:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\hak\amia_v2_a.hak
c:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\hak\amia_v2_b.hak
c:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\hak\amia_v2_c.hak
c:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\hak\amia_v2_d.hak
c:\Program Files\Neverwinter Nights\NWN\tlk\amia_tlk.tlk
Mind that amia_a.hak should have a more recent creation date than the other 3 files.
