Issue im having:
I've been having some crashing issues, one of which saw me into a load screen, where i reloaded into the same area in a second or so, the UI all showing up like normal, but the screen itself was black. I could type and send messages, fight and move according to the minimap. I also have an issue sometimes where i seem to desinc from the server, anything i do on my end results in my char snapping back to look in the direction he froze in. If i send messages i see nothing, but people hear them, if i cast spells i see nothing, but the effects remain when i return.

What ive done so far:
I've recently done a full re install, removing all old mods, CEP and whatever, only adding back NWShader and NWNCQ. Edit: As well as the Amia Suggested stuff.

Question:
Does anyone with this GPU have the issue i do? It was suggested it might be a Driver issue, and i'm wondering if anyone else uses this GPU and with what driver. I have not yet updated my driver, but i will do so this evening. Also if anyone is running the same mods, do they have any such issues?

Always update your driver. If that fails? Rollback to a driver version back when the game worked correctly. If you don't know, try an old one if it doesn't conflict with your other computer uses.

Are there any visual indicators (aside from the Bone arm) that apply to all Palemasters that would give them away? pale, bone-like skin, or something?

Bone-skin basically turns your skin into a bone-like material which would not look like a normal skin. Those who RP the rituals properly also get a grafted eye, which gives them Darkvision on lvl 3. Not to mention stench or a strong smell of formaldehyde. A palemaster could, at best, pass as a leper or a plague infected person.

One way or another, a Palemaster should stand out in the crowd, if not properly disguised, perfumed etc.

If one were to have a polymorph reskinned, can the new skin also feature a nw name, description, and portrait (similar to reskinned summons?)

Are prestige classes counted in the 3 class limit? For example, could you have 3 base/core classes and add a prestige class? Or can you only have 2 base/core classes if you intend to add prestige class?

If a skin changed is approved is it something that can be applied on the existing toon or will the character have to be remade (as if rebuilding) and thus re-levelled?

I preparing a DC request for skin change and some possible wiget item/s so just wondering if I should stop levelling until its resolved.

Protection vs evil = protection vs chaos
Protection vs good = protection vs law

Well, the website must have been created in December 2004. If you sort members by date joined, it's Mags at 13th December 2004, and a whole bunch of the original team and players on the 14th and 15th.

Yeah, I was taking a guess based on that data. I just wasn't sure how long after the server these forums came along. If I am right about that, then we're celebrating 10 years this year, which is pretty awesome, I think.

While I understand scripting requests are on hold, I'd noticed some requests for Spells to be added to their spellbook that are already in the module being allowed. If I were to request a spell which is not cast from any spellbook but remains in the module, would that need any scripting, is that fine to request in the current request climate?

I had a druid with epic transmutation focus and I was told no way in hell those spells would be allowed in any way shape or form :/

So probably not, sadly.

Fair enough, as a fellow Druid with Epic Transmutation foci as well.

Guess I need to stick to collecting the potions!

Potions aint the same. Its that maximizing that bitch for guaranteed +9 they are not fond of. Even if that does make it a level 9 spell to do it. And I would tote's take +9 ability for a level 9 spell!

But clear it up. I submitted my question 2 years or so ago back when things were a bit tighter and in private to DM who isnt even around anymore. So maybe they might like your RPz.

If maximising and empowering where problematic, they could just assign it to level 8 spellslots :)

Is it possible to request arcane scholar of candlekeep PrC and have empower, maximize and quicken spells lowered by a level each? :o

I've been led to believe that tinkering with metamagic in any fashion generally requires the manual editing of every single spell script.

the Greater potions in the module are just CL (15) potions of the level 2 spells from what I remember.

Er, what? Care to elaborate what exactly the cloaks are doing, that doesn't sound right at all.

During fight cloak changes it's shape (probably according to your character animations). And after the fight it often times stays in strange angles, for example very widen to sides or blown to one side. Putting the cloak to inventory and re-equipping change it to default. Nobody has this problem?

Yes, the fighter one. With shield? I can't remember.
edit: warrior style - for 1-handed weapons and shields
I haven't tried other animations.

ACP doesn't work with any item of clothing that is not standard of NWN, so that includes all deity cloaks, special robes and stuff.

Is there any protection for Outsiders against spells such as WoF and Banishment to avoid the immediate "death"? Please exclude Spell Mantle and SR, I am asking if the mentioned death is avoidable by mind protection (mindblank), or death protection (death ward), or if it is unavoidable if the save roll fails.

I know Mindblank does not cover it, my tiefer cleric had to make a will save when WoF was cast and he had Mindblank active. I think he had Death Ward on, too, but can't recall. Mosh is likely right though.

I still don't understand why PC outsiders are killed. After all, their home plane is the Prime

Not after they become outsiders?
It's their plane of birth, but you are becoming someone else if you spend enough time in a different place, seen it IRL :P

Yes, it's their place of birth, which makes them native to the Prime. It's actually a thing to be Outsider (Prime) [TRANSFORMERS! MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!! ... I had to].

Wait, it's Outsider (Native) which doesn't sound as cool but same thing.
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Native_Subtype
Quote:
A subtype applied only to outsiders. These creatures have mortal ancestors or a strong connection to the Material Plane and can be raised, reincarnated, or resurrected just as other living creatures can be. Creatures with this subtype are native to the Material Plane (hence the subtype’s name). Unlike true outsiders, native outsiders need to eat and sleep.

I would like to ask something. Is here any restriction about HiPS while the character is captured by bigbys hand (9circle) ... In case the character is able to do something during it (freedom etc..) Or any restriction with meaning of bigby and HiPS ?

The issue with the "Outsider (Native)" subtype (and outsiders in general) is basically this. You can have dormant or recessive blood that doesn't come out in a character but then they have a child and it comes out as a dominant trait. Basically how the D&D universe works is it goes "hey your dominant blood isn't from here... OUTSIDER!"

Outsider (Native) is basically the exact opposite, with an outsider creature on its plane having some blood from the prime in its blood line and then having a child that comes out with dominant prime blood. Now Outsider (Native) creatures really shouldn't be able to be banished on Amia since they count as Natives of the Prime, but as far as I know NO ONE has a Outsider (Native) subtype character since it would require a request (and a request that should probably not be approved under normal circumstances) due to its nature.

Can shape/summon/etc reskins using PC models show equipment? Can you give them weapons or armor at all? For instance if someone was to get a reskin to Arcadian Avenger or something, and give it a different hairstyle, armor, and sword?

Simple answer? Yes, if it is using one of the PC models then it can be done. Extra work though if you want something specific.

I wouldn't mind a little elaboration, if you have both care and time. Extra work? :)
