So the spell description states spell duration for 24 hours. Why does the spell fizzle out after like 5 minutes? Looking at nwnwikia -- 1 hour in game = 2 min. Shouldn't it last 48 minutes? I don't see any modification to Summon Creature spells in the Amia spell modifications, so was wondering if this was working as intended.

It's based off caster level I believe. You should also get a server message when you cast the spell, stating the duration of your summon.

They last '1 Turn a level' according to the side bar, for summons!

Or 1 hour a turn, for Summon Creature 1, I suppose. Which would be why, I presume.

There is a Summon Creature 20? I thought Mystra disallowed it!

No, it's just that the series of spells ends at tier 9, the highest tier in NwN. So there is nothing higher than IX besides the epic spells.
