I downloaded the head files twice and unzipped twice yet I can't see the heads and now a couple of my characters have no heads. I downloaded into the override folder. I don't understand

Make sure the files themselves are in the folder.

A lot of times Winzip or 7Zip or WinRar will put any things in a folder into another folder.

So the path would read

c:/craphere/NWN/Override/Override

Other then that ensure you dont have any overriding haks or overrides from other servers in said folder.

I keep having that problem too. If you're using winace, you might want to try a different program. That has been the cause of many problems I've had with the head pack. Quite recently though I deleted the entire override folder to get rid of the combat animation pack and ended up with the head problem again.

Managed to solve it by adding the files last of all my override files and making sure they aren't in a subfolder of the override folder. That's what solved it for me.

Ahh I figured it out...when I went into 7zip I had to select all the head files separetly within the head folder and then extract....so what happened is I only downloaded one head into the folder....thanks
