Outside of the Northern Gates of Cordor, a rather gruesome sight can be seen. What looks to be a dismembered human head, with eyes removed and replaced with coal, is stuck upon that of a wooden pike. Underneath this ghastly display, is a large, crude sign. The penmanship seems to be jagged, and consist a sickly reddish-brown color, like that of blood.
"Maglubiyetians, all ye of the Three True Races of Man, we shall rise against those that oppress us. We shall teach the lesser races to fear us yet again. No more shall we be the objects of hatred and ridicule. Know this, Fiery Eyes requires us to unite. Unite! (written in especially bold colors)"
At the bottom of this sign, a strange signature (message?) can be seen. -in Goblin, [coded: int/lore check of 40/25 if goblin is one of your languages] Seek me, Othallaxus, and ye shall find me.

Certain human with symbol of Chauntea on his cloak passes by in his regular patrol around the Cordor outskirts and sees this gruesome scene. He offers quick prayer for the dead, and then takes the sign and quickly brings him to the nearest city guard.

A guard would be at the seen and looks over it... before removing it. As well would attempt to bring the dead human back, if the soul refuses to return would bury them.

Katina examines the head, scowling under her helm. She doesn't say anything, simply trying to identify the body. She then sets off on a circuit of the area, checking for anyone who might have left the head, knowing only what kind of creature left it, not who.

Human with symbol of Chauntea on his cloak would respectfully take down the head and put it in a small box. Then he would hurry to find the nearest cleric proficient with bringing back the dead to life. he would check all three big temples in Cordor, leaving a note to contact Aaron Harding if no one was available. If it would be impossible to bring person back to life, he would either ask one of them to perform the final rites and help with burial.

Shocked and horrified, Salema would go at once to try and find Aaron about this.
// I'll be IG in about an hour to deal with this and see if it's been taken care of =D // Can we know who the player is, btw?

Aaron would meet with Salema and aske her to resurrect the poor man. He would then wait for him to come to his senses and ask him if he could recall anything that happened. If man was in too much shock he would leave him to rest or help him to his home. He would then inform Belalad about his findings. Next day, Aaron can be seen putting up signs and notices around North Cordor and outskirts, and talking with local farmers and warning them to be more vigilant about goblins and kobolds.

// Err, I don't know if you can randomly kill an NPC commoner. I believe I have seen a DM (Tormak I think) say you can't do that to NPCs without DM permission. I'd wait for a DM to chime in, I'll ask via MSN today.
