((Please move this if it is better within Requests, Rebuilds, ect))
When you rebuild a wizard with all the spells you learned from scrolls how do you go about doing that in the rebuild process? Such as does the dm grant you the scrolls or should the pc rebuy the scrolls to relearn. Specially intrested so my spell book is in abc order so gathering information before hand since it may take a while.

I recently got a rebuild on my wizard and it seems like any spell learned from a scroll remains learned as you level. This was on a delevel + relevel though, not on a newly made character.

Yep. If it's just a de-level/re-level then you keep the same spellbook. If you totally rebuild with a new instance of the character it'll be a fresh spellbook and you'll want to buy/scribe your scrolls before hand.
