If you wish to purchase the rarer spell reagents (such as those which were once available in the Monolith of Mystra) without giving opportunistic fools a source of income they don't deserve, then go to Ralten's Retreat in Endir's Point and search for Belorfin yourself. It's only proper that such information be known to all and not hoarded for profit.
