Under cover of shadow and spell, pieces of parchment and signs bearing the same message are placed up all around Amia and the main land of Faerun. They would be seen in places such as the frontier of Amia, the outskirts of Bendir, the Bramble Woods, Sandy Beaches, the Quagmires and outskirts of Kohlingen. On the main lands they would be found in Ruathym, one near the shipdock outside of Wiltun, Caraigh's forests, the Mills the areas of the Khem desert, the frozen lands outside of Brogendenstein and Endir's Point and the Frozenfar. Still more could be found tacked up along various roadways. There would never be more than a few signs or posters to any area, so as to not clutter the land with such things. Curiously most major cities such as Cordor, save a solitary poster on the lightpost near the cart to Bendir, and Kohlingen and the dwarven city of Brogendenstein, and also Amia Forest, have not a trace of these postings, instead it would seem they were placed safely back from the borders of their jurisdictions without intruding into their territories. If one were to catch a glimpse of whoever placed a poster or sign, they would only be able to discern a shrouded, shadowy figure with it's face hidden and blackened from view.

// PMs would be the obvious way to go.

A shape, womanly and smaller than human, but better curved than an elf, clad in black, leaves a notice folded and sealed. Any who know her would easily recognize Katsumi Aizawa.

The response is removed. By the interested party? Who knows.

Crow removes the posters he finds in the Bramble Woods, Amia Frontier, and the outskirts of Cordor, where he can be often found strolling on his patrol, wolves in tow.

*he shakes his head and shrugs*

"Renegades and mercenaries, it's all we need stirring up trouble. If they want to help people, they should join the Triad and do it with some measure of authority. They can help put down the oppression of the Eternal Order and the dishonorable War Knights while they're at it as well."
He muses to Trinaur, the nearly full grown wolf companion who follows in his steps, and races forward to pounce smelly goblins and orcs with unrestrained pleasure. he says to himself.

Posters and signs that are taken down, in any location, would slowly be replenished. It would not occur immediately and not all at one time, as if whoever was placing the posters had no inclination to be in a rush about it. Perhaps a few days, perhaps a few weeks, but surely they would return.

The few posters that can be found tacked up on the roadside surrounding/in Wharftown are not removed, but rather have had blocky red words painted over them: VENGEANCE IS SPIRIT-POISON

The original message is still more-or-less intact beneath. While the local banditry aren't much for talking, a small handful might be found muttering about "the biggest bear they ever done saw."

The woman with the flaming kama clutched lightly in her hands eyes the posters. She murmurs quietly to a husband who no longer stands at her side....
"Yet they're always demanding Banites and Cyricists be killed. The living make no sense."

Over the weeks, slowly and without much rhyme or reason, the postings were replaced. A few were removed, dispensing with some of the clutter with an appraising eye.

Any that are occasionally spotted by Nina around the North and Eastern outskirts of the Dale are removed and incinerated as they are seen. She doesn't care to bother trying to watch for who may post them, she simply seems to be interested in removing the ones that Hin children may see.

One is taken down, folded and put into a pocket by a figure in pale copper armor, a dark taupe cloak, and a barn owl-faced helmet with forward curving horns.

...

And a little while later, the posting is returned.

Beside the original note in Endirs Point, another one is posted:

"Great care should be taken to ensure that other means are tested before violence is applied as an instrument of justice. While desiring vengance may in many cases be justified, it is a twin-edged sword that may cause much more harm to both victim and aggressor than what was originally done. Consider your options, and do not let your decision be made while your mind burns with anger. Should you be uncertain of what course to choose, feel free to contact the Chapel for guidance. As always, trust in the Helping Hand.

- Valygar Stark, priest of Shaundakul."

Sooner or later, a short, though presumably informative, reply is added to the priest's posting:

Vengeance fitting of the deed, that is all that one need.

Pilineth likewise would do similar to them.

While on his regular patrols, Lyam would also follow suit with any that are missed by Pilineth or Nina. Though not incinerated on the spot, they would be taken to be used as kindleing.

As they are slowly updated, the shadowy figure would note the message left by Rikkudai and replace that particular posting. Sign are updated, fresh ones placed down. Where they were removed around Bendir they are respectfully not replaced, this evident in the fact that the ones beyond their borders, in the areas where such children would not play, are refreshed. Any taken down around the road leading from Cordor to the Amia Frontier are replaced as well.

The work of the concealed person or persons continue, with the postings all being refreshed and updated. the interior of Wiltun, however, is left bare save for a pair of flyers dropped upon the ground to flutter as the wind saw fit. Outside, a sign is left near the ship that travelers take to the mainland and Amia.

Every single sign and poster is replaced over the course of a day.

// locations in OP vaguely updated as well

Pilineth gathers the postings in and around the dale, arranges them in a pyre and sets them alight on the hill near the Orc caves with a firestrike spell. She then makes a simple posting of her own
