I've a question about what happens when a character succesfully breaks into and steals from a house (using the Amia Burglar Job) that is owned by another character.
Does the burgled one get any sort of indication that their houses was burgled when they enter their premises?

That's not how the Burglar job works. It does not allow access to locked doors, and does not work on rental doors as they require a specific key and cannot be picked unless DM supervised.

Yea, Bravo, I'm not talking about actually breaking into the house via RP stuff, I'm talking about when you rob the house using the burglar job.
When you succesfully steal some gold and make off with the extra spoils...

No it does not work like that. I believe the way it works is that on a successful burglary roll the PC gets a certain amount of gold and then a piece of 'treasure' from the job system loot bin. Silver Cutlery, Golden Cup, Mithral Glass and Bronze Statue as well as a whole bunch of gems if I remember from my days as Anastasia.
Nothing is actually taken from any PC's house at all, its a mechancial thing.

Might be fun if you got some sort of message upon entering your house saying "you notice a few household trinkets missing" or something like that.

Edit: Quote: How does it work?
Use you Job Log on a permalocked door in a city during night time. You will see the option to break into the house. On success you get some money. On failure you may alert nearby people!

Oh? I dont have the job so im not overly sure of the mechanics of what you can/can't do with it. but now I can say what my post originally said! The message saying 'you notice a few small belongings are missing' (or something to that effect) would create RP opportunity for the Cordor guard PCs wouldn't it? It's also good for the not-so-lawful home owners to create a use for the Vigilante job outside of the Job system or RP being a vigilante (Without the Job logged Vigilante)

You can rob rental doors, but it doesn't say anything.
I've robbed my Lyle's house with another character of mine, and I've had people tell me when they rob his place - nothing.

It would be neat if you could actually break into rental houses. For my PC that owns a house, at least. He leaves it heavily trapped most of the time, as a few rude guests have found. ^^
