The notice is removed in Cordor with a letter sent to said paladin.

Paladin of Hoar,

Do not make ideal threats of judgement within Cordor, I do not tolerate it from blackguards I will not from a Paladin. If you know of any crimes within or involving Cordor, inform a guard with what you know. If that is not enough attempt to become a guard within The City of Water. It is thanked and meaning is well, but random vigilance even though meant for good gives only headaches for the guard.

Adalric goes through to the other towns, realizing an error in the notice, taking them down and deciding to deal with the matter more delicately.

*seeing the man removing the note Nina offers him a smile, tucking away a piece of now unrequired parchment.*
"We in the Dale won't step on the toes of religion unless it is directly threatening us. However, we simply ask that any violent bits, challenges, or behavior that may disrupt the peace be handled off our lands as per our laws. My usual suggestion is over the hill to the South here."
*She nods and gestures to the Hill. She then thumb Bemmi's table.*
"Otherwise, if you are hungry from your travels, Bemmi's got the best bread on Toril, dare I say. We also have the best in around! Feel free to swing in and tell Fendel Nina sent you his way!"
*She then pauses to see if he wishes to speak, and if not, she simply winks and gives a smile before going on a patrol.*
