What are the DCs for the abilities associated with the Assassin Tools widget?

Are all these abilities imparted with the Assassin Tools widget, or are there any level requirements?

Edit: At what level does the assassin get the Murder ability?

Level requirement for each skill, as you progress in assassin levels more skills unlock. The DCs are based in your level among other things.

Once you qualify for the first skill, you should get the tool. Check the tool everytime you level up to see if you got a new one.

Thought you said it was 10 + Assassin level + INT mod?

It's hard to plan out a build without knowing all the details.

What Jehran means is that every 2 assassin levels let you gain the next skill in descending order.
So 18 for Murder.

viewtopic.php?p=901318#p901318. Dunno if that is the latest version but it looks that way. I am sure you can figure out the progression.

The whole thing was in the Announcement thread but got lost after the latest forum issues.

Woah woah woah.... What?.... PMs just got nerfed against the one thing they're truly good against?

EDIT: The prereqs for murder effectively make the combination of HiPS and Epic Dodge impossible.

I'm mildly more happy.

EDIT 2: I realized something equally important for amia:

Assassins have to be evil.

I no longer have anything against the changes. :)

So you think evil don't kill evil?

Can't have epic dodge, hips and murder either. It's not possible.

Murder isn't all that great. It's a fort attack that fires off only once a minute.
And unless trends have changed drastically while I wasn't looking, fort is still the most whored save.
DC 39 Murder vs 40 Fort? You're better off with a will or reflex attack.

I don't quite get that either, why would you bypass the one thing pm's are actually good against, sneak attacks by rogues?!!? and being immune to death.

heh svensk hit the nail on something there.

why not rouge 6/assassin 18/sd 6? (maybe without epic dodge...one for the build thread that.)

Boo hoo, cry more, PMs are still immune to the billiond6 of the sneak. Nothing anywhere says they're immune to DEATH.

Anywyas, topic answered, go complain about this in the build topic.
