But yeah like everyones been saying just make a plain human and dive on in. It's somtimes alot easier to learn the Lore and stuff in character rather then trying to memorize it before hand

So, I'm trying to play here. I really am!

Problem is I keep on crashing out. I crash 100% of the time when trying to access a shop. Not sure what the problem is. I'm not having problems playing on any other servers; just Amia.

I have amia_v2(a-d).hak in my hak folder along with amia_tlk.tlk in my tlk folder (using this source - http://www.amiaworld.net/hak/amia_hak.exe). My override folder is clean. I have nothing in it other then what NWN's patching system puts in there.

Any ideas to stop my crashing?

Is it a specific shop or any shop? It's possible you may need to redownload the haks.

I'm assuming that it's all shops. I can't make it to any other shop but the weapons shop in the starting town. I'm kind of stuck there. I'm crashing now when other PCs load on my screen. I got a peek before my client crashed the last time. I'm seeing people with just head, arms, and legs. Their middle parts of their bodies are gone.

I'll try to redownload the haks from another source. Thanks.

It sounds like it's the haks, yeah. I assume the baiscs: You're patch 1.69, you got the haks, you don't have any conflicting haks (CEP is notorious for clinficting with us, apparently), you've emptied your overrides, you don't have shiny water, etc
