Around Tarkuul are a few posters now tacked up. They seem to have a rather calligraphic quality to the lettering. The same woman in the library is seen adding them to the temple, the tower, the library, and the keep.

I have some of the knowledge you may seek an assistance i can offer, however i shall need your assistance first. I require you to locate the individual named Rose, or more commonly known as the High General of the Horsemen, advise her that my status is temporary, but i am unable to attend outside of the living city till matters are seen to and resolved. Once i have confirmation i shall share with you some of the knowledge you seek.
