*A black cloaked figure with a velvet face mask can be seen leaving one and only one message attached to the tower in Tarkuul. He is of elven figure, but nothing else about his physical nature is visible.* Recently it has come to my attention that the Banites have been using this sanctuary of knowledge as a prison.
These actions bring far to much attention to the isle, and puts its residents, as well as the island itself, in great danger. Are we to expect the battle lines drawn here, and many such actions, as the retaliatory attack that took place to recover this prisoner, as common of the future? Is this isle no longer a sanctuary for all to gain knowledge in peace? I find the actions of the speaker, whom is clearly protecting and harboring the Banites actions, as contradictory towards the stance that the Isle of Tarkuul has always taken. A place of refuge and peace for those seeking to gain knowledge and better themselves in the ways of the Arcane.
I would like official notice that Tarkuul is seeking war with other groups on the isle of Amia & that this is now the living islands policy and stance, or I would ask that the Banites be officially banned from the isle as affirmation that Tarkuul's reputation and stance as a sanctuary for knowledge & the arcane is still intact. This sort of behavior draws attention to us all and causes great distraction from each individuals studies.
It is not acceptable.

"It is time to demand more drastic measures. Its clear the Banites will not be removed by the Speaker, mostly because the Speaker himself is breaking the laws of Tarkuul to cover the asses of his Banite friends. This is NOT the conduct of a speaker of Tarkuul. Valkin refuses to uphold the laws of the city, laws put down by the living city itself to protect the isle and its inhabitants. Instead he protects the Banite scum as they wontonly break the cities laws!
I say its time for a change! It's clear the current speaker is incapable of acting unbiasedly and living up to the duties demanded of the as the mortal voice of Tarkuul. He sides with those who have no respect for this isle, no respect for its laws, and no respect for the authority of those who uphold them. I have no confidence in the Speaker, do you have confidence that he will protect you when his Banite comrades bring a navy of paladins down on our heads? I do not. Do you?"

Oook we can play it that way then. 300,000 to the first one to unmask MX, and take him before Valkin for interrogation. All laws of the city shall be upheld at all times however. -s/he 's not to be harmed, just taken before Valkin for questioning. If you come to Tarkuul in peace for knowledge and power and are not a resident, then do it quietly, your posting tells me otherwise. Seems you have a political agenda, and it seems you want to hold back the knowledge of Tarkuul from a specific group of people just because you don't like them. Well it's not acceptable, your letters posted without so much as a decent signature tell me your just trying to cause trouble and disrupt the peace. The Captain of the Protectorate moves through the castle and surrounding Tarkuul grounds. Every poster torn down savagely and tossed to a near by kobold.
"Moronic fool, speaking of things to which he has no idea..." Growling further under his breath, draconic insults.
Moving to his office he notes something briefly, one poster still intact on his desk, staring blankly at the signature left.
"Trying to cause problems are we...if you knew anything of the inner workings of this great city, you'd know all of what you claim is a lie.." He speaks to the page shaking his head.

Also my posters only suddenly became offensive when I upped the anty as it where, and directly accused the apparently unbiased speaker. Funny that isn't it? I believe my posters offends one necromancer who has very strong links to the Banites, if not a member of their Church, you and the speaker. That's about it. I wouldn't call that a lot of inhabitants. Rather three extremely biased individuals. So I'll rather leave you with this warning, and hope you remember it when the sands begin tumbling down.

The Captain stand from his desk seeing the note pushed beneath his door, reading it his head lowers then shakes. Inhaling a heavy sigh he flattens the letter into a large black tome.
Turning he takes out a further piece of parchment and goes to write, pausing he sighs again. Standing he leaves his office and moves through the city to gathers those of the guard to attend the next meeting. Pausing by the letter he'd read attached to his note in public display, he pulls it down and continues on.

There is a hideous rumbling from the island centered on the jail cell area after a heated argument breaks out into swordfight. The ensuing Voice's emanation is loud enough to be heard through the entire Castle and Library. In the discourse of the discussion, a person known as "Octavia" is berated for not "keeping her men in line." As penance, they are "to be removed from their only safe haven, as death is no deterrence, something the Living City knows all too well."
Four skeletons with greatswords escort a set of people easily identified as Banites, along with Seeamros Silverkin, and Ryan Banesman from the island.

A rather feral looking elf strolls off after conversing with the group that were escorted out, singing rather badly to herself as she stomps around the swamps in attempt to splash as much water around as she can. Any that pass her might occasionally see her snickering quietly to herself in the manner of a naughty child.

The Captain stands beside the undead as the group are lead from the City. Armour glistening of bleached bone, crimson ribbons and etchings decorate his plate. Gauntlet at his blade hilt sewn on the top an iron cross centre over the cross is an ornately stitched skull. Beneath this insignia the words.
"Protection of Knowledge"
His expression remains hidden from sight, when he'd ensured the people were exited through the swamp portal he turns moving to the Tower of the damned shaking his head.
"Perhaps now people will not be so quick to judge the City's capability..."
