Armoury and weaponry bought from the DM's, With special looks and stuff. Can the looks of these items be SAFELY transferred over to other items via the Job system now?

If they can be transferred over at all ...

Why are you messing with your DC items in those systems to begin with?

Basically, I was thinking that if you buy Goatlee legs/Dragon claws or something you could transfer the looks onto a new set of armour and actually carry the outlook with you as you progress and buy better armour.
That way you -dont- need to pay 3 more DC's for another custom remodelling because you found a new piece of gear that's better.

What im saying with 'DC' armour is an armour with a look that's not available in the Crafting menu.

I don't think we can do this in a safe, non-exploitable way with the job system. Not least because the job system master is not touching it for a few more months to come.
