its 11pm GMT. So -8 hours from 11pm. Which is 3pm PST.
So -5 hours from 11pm is 6pm. Mind that if your in daylight savings you must account for that. If in doubt, consult the timer.

*A large group of men and woman of varying races set out of Caraigh with intent to end the Bandit thread today. They returned some time later with a prisoner or two in toe, and signs of battle about them. They looked disgruntled however, and many would note Calin talking to Duncan in hushed tones.
Calin then announced they would meet at a later date to continue the battle against the Bandits.*

The two men-at-arms assisting the Warlord in his endeavor reported to the Baron almost immediately after their return to Ceyren's Mill from the wilds. However, for some reason it appears that this quest to help rid the lands of the bandit problem has not managed to place those who conducted it in the graces of the island's monarch, who usually is quick to recognize and praise the good deeds of those who wish to aid.
