The criminal Roppi, whose history includes bans from cordor, bendir and amia forest, today launched an attack on two unarmed pregnant women. One of these was Dawnbringer Adela, whose record has been exemplary since her conversion to the church.

Dawnguard Epona brought report of the situation to our chapel and a dispatch group was sent to reclaim the bodies of the pair.

Roppi and his allies attacked not only this group, but all present bar two individuals: even attacking two people who took no action whatsoever and clearly stated neutrality, including Eternal Orderman Sindero.

This attack ceased when it failed to inflict further damage, mainly due to the skill at arms of Valbela Wolfhammer, a representative of Barak Runedar, and also of Dawnlord Mengala.

We are aware that the psychopath Roppi has deemed fit to froth baseless slander at Adela.

Our clear public statement is:
No matter how far you spread baseless rumour, if no-one is prepared to take the role of spokesperson to support it, it will only ever be seen for what it is.

Unsupported, unevidenced accusations by a known criminals trying to justify villainy. If any complaint has substance, state evidence.

Until such time as this anarchist is subdued, those wandering through amia forest should be wary, as he has shown preparedness to attack any present regardless of whether reasonable cause exists or not to do so.

After finishing reading he slides that particular arrow in a separate place than the others, tucked into a small pocket-like holster inside his cloak.

As one of the bystanders during this episode, I would like to add a few observations.

Motive: Dawnbringer Adela was killed in revenge for assisting a Drow in an earlier skirmish with Roppi.
The Drow was allegedly a practitioner of necromancy; Probably an excuse for vengence. All others who came to her aid were killed on the spot.

Aggressors: Roppi the Shanker and a black skinned hin.
Victims: Dawnbringer Adela, her druid best friend, Dawnguard Epona, Jacia of the Triad, Lady Renais, Lady Mengala.
Some of the victims were killed multiple times as their allies attempted to raise them, only to be quickly dispatched again.

Neutrals killed:
Eternal Orderman Sindero killed by Roppi for moving in too closely. Roppi probably saw that as a threat since Sindero arrived with the rest of the Dawnguard party.
Little Libba, another hin bystander, was killed by a stray blow from Valbella Wolfhammer. Possibly mistaken for an ally of Roppi.

MVP:Valbella Wolfhammer. One tough piece of meat who almost singlehanded drove away Roppi and his deranged friend, when everyone else was dead on the floor.

"As the victim of the earlier attacks, and one of the main reasons Roppi fled the first time, I have a few things to say.

I'm a bard. Adela helped me drive that little shit off, along with Sin, Nicha, Jania, Loir and several other elves & knights.
Roppi just likes to spout bullshit, as usual. He attacked me several times that day in the forest and out, for what I am, spouting several insults about me being a Drow before attacking. I ignored all those attacks, but I finally got sick of his taunts and constant threats against my life. So after a small skirmish with him I headed into the forest. He ambushed me again with spells and scrolls when I had no spells prepared.

I fled to where the forest guardians were, and a group of paladins, along with the Dawnguard Adela. He chased me around in circles for several minutes, ignoring repeated warnings from both the forest guardians and the knights to cease his attack. Finally they attacked him. After a small fight, and him fighting them back, I rejoined the fray. With Song and Sword I drove him away, till he fled from the forest once more.

Roppi is a backstabbing, murdering, insane twit. Simple. Anyone who believes otherwise is loose a few screws. This hin has been banned from his own home because of his behavior, and traded with Banites, buying and selling supplies from Bendir with them. He did this when the Banites were causing terror along the skull crags. Some of you may remember his former heroics. Well people change, and this one has changed into an insane little murdering git.
