Aye. Not going to type them all out thats a pain but YES to all with the provido that i am SET TO HOSTILE before PVP and its still a good reason (eg you have been hired to kill me, your church hates my church and are in a permenant state of war because of that AND you know about my god or its obvious). Also in respect with the being held captive. RP with my captive PC or that is back to normal if i feel my PC is just being left to rot with no RP in the cell/ torture chamber etc. In respect to the DM perma death one on events. Fine as long as it moves the story forward or i was just stupid and it was my own fault.

Folks, mind that the graphic torture rule is not something you can waive. There's folks who do not want to be exposed to such, such as SDs and DMs who might be spying on you. This was corrected in the first post after discussion in the other topic.

Nopes, this was discussed after that. Dropping PG-13 rating merely means we're not as anal about stuff as we'd have to be if the server was hosted in the US for legal reasons.

* Definition of "permanent death" in a setting with readily available means of resurrection is debatable.

I'd like to note my addition of a clause to this unofficial internet document. If there are guards in the area and you attack me, make sure a DM is around to play them as necessary so it's legit! Other than that, feel free to come at me bro!

But I felt it was relevant to my recent rp and I want to let people know I'm cool with this so they don't need to get DM oversight when attacking me most times unless we're in, say, Cordor or Tarkuul or somewhere with obvious well armed guards. Triumvir is obviously fair game!

I did add a parenthetical clause to inprisonment due to the fact -some- form of sentencing must be made in a reasonable amount of time or the toon is released due to being bailed out or decree or something, lol murdered in there sleep.
