Letters are scattered throughout Amia, even bags of these bounty letters are discovered littered throughout Cordor's sewers.

"Oh please. Anyone with the skill necessary to beat me in a fight, who didn't want to kill me anyway, isn't going to bother with this. The price isn't near worth the effort and possible consequences of killing the leader of the War Knights. At least give them some decent pay for a deed that could bring more trouble then it's worth.
Also, it's pretty obvious those who are behind it. Given my recent decree towards the ones responsible for the slaughter around the isle. The feigning of secrecy is honestly rather amusing.
