simple question about ranger spell.

Spell: Bladethirst - requires wisdom 14. Does it mean base wisdom 14 or can you cast it, and another ranger spells demanding wis 14 with wis enhancing gear?

You need a base of 14 WIS to cast level 4 ranger spells. Works the same for any class like that. Blade Thirst's only a level 3 spell, though.
