Ascalon takes any notices he comes across as he shops for bolts in Underport and brings them to Cordor's guards, the Triadic Knights, and the elven guards posted outside of Winya; recounting that he took these from Underport and to expect an increase in goblin activity. He then bows to them and finds his way back to his own lair to work upon his traps and make sure that they are ready in the instance the need arises to use them. Afterall, war brings profit to those willing to cast their lot in with the favored victors, and human tactics, magic, and weaponry far outclassed the crude and singleminded raids that the goblins no doubt had planned.
