So, there I was buried up to my elbows in a S*#t storm as the event unfolds and one of the key participants crashes. I'm struggling to figure a way of continuing without that key support or going OoC...my frantic notes in Party Chat are flying...panic sets in!

That's when I hear a voice from the ether, DM Shar says..."just ask"...well...just in the nick of time I get a hand and It made all the difference. Maybe not the Deity I want to have to owe any favors to, but the event limped through so I owe ya.

As I got my feet back underneath me and the event started picking up pace...I started hollering on the DM channel for this and that....and I forgot one of the keys we sometimes overlook.

I never Properly thanked Shar for the help, nor did I apologize for my requests coming out as they may have.

1. OP had event that started to fall apart because participant crashed.

2. OP started saying stuff in party chat and freaking out.

3. DM Shar reccomends that instead of using party chat to freak out, ask a DM for assistance.

4. DM assisted OP with event, which ended up going smoothly after that.
