These large bill posters are plastered over every available noticeboard in Cordor and it's surrounding areas; they can also be found on trees, wagons, doors, walls, statues... they are hard to miss. Curiously, the majority of the posters are found in areas which the average adventurer would shun... the local fish monger, butcher and green grocer. It quickly becomes apparent that these posters are advertising more then a raffle for rich travellers...

Lieutenant Tarvencia, upon finding one of these, writes Jess Incognito requesting documentation from a Commonwealth Bursar that will be receiving any proceeds from such, as well an approved proposal for the school before this Charity raffle continues. Requested within the letter is that the raffle is postponed, and nothing is collected until these details are secured and/or verified.

Irathil, the Sun Elf bard or Lorekeeper exclaims though a snide laugh.

"Whoever printed this could've done with some schooling. Look here, the buffoon has used a singular term when the plural should've been applied!"

He looks around himself, then speaks a touch louder - as though to draw further attention to the poster.

"I suppose I'll buy ten of these tickets for myself so that 'this' doesn't happen again."

*Shi Mahdi notices the post on her weekly visit to the Orphanage and smiles*

"Hmm, perhaps I could offer my services as a historian. It is time my endeavors came to greater use than just sitting in my head. I suppose I should spend a few extra hours in the library, and a couple more doing research in the field if I am to be properly qualified. I hope this event come through, perhaps I should ask around town who started this raffle."

*Pins a note to the post with her name, and room number at the Inn in hopes that the poster will find it. Within the note she writes:
Dear poster,

I hope this note find you well and your prospects in creating this raffle. I will gladly buy a few tickets for me and my kin as well as offer my services at the school. I have a great love for sharing knowledge and perhaps my skills as a historian will come in handy.

A rather angry looking 'S' is added to some of the posters...

Upon checking the old post box a certain newly tanned redhead, after discarding a pile of fan mail and collection notices, spots the conspicuous seal of the Cordor Guard.

"Hmmm... she's still in charge. No doubt she'll recall my gallant efforts to establish a school and hospital in the South of Cordor." Jess rummages through her sea-chest, dragging out a rather tattered license stamped with one of Cordors official seals. She also lifts clear a rumpled architects sketch of a revised section of Cordorian buildings.

"Well, back to work. The people need me"

No immediate reply is sent to Cordors Guards
