Quick question - is this feat not working or something? I just took it on my barbie/WM/fighter and...nothing...
Its like i dont even have the feat. Checked the combat log and the roll is not being made for any crits. Perplexing...

If your damage roll is enough to kill the enemy, it won't make the roll for Dev Crit. Try a harder enemy with more HitPoints and you should see them roll for a save vs devcrrit.

Yups, if you smash them below 0 with normal crit damage, the game doesn't even try to roll the Dev save. Take a Dever through goblins and you'll never roll Dev because your normal crits are like 10x or 20x their poor HP.

I also use a Greataxe and I don't see the "Overwhelming Critical" pop up over my head when I swing my axe around in places, however I think the damage is calculating correctly.
For instance, before I had the feat, I was critting for around 150-210 dmg on Fire Giants, fully enchanted. Same enchants after I got the feat, I was hitting anywhere from 170-240. But, I know on past characters, I've gotten the floating text above my head "Overwhelming Critical." Was this taken out?

Overwhelming critical has never had a pop up. It's like having an innate "massive criticals" property on any weapon of that type you weild, that stacks with the property massive criticals. It can be hard to tell it's there but it's definitely there.

It's working fine; I took Stillborn out for a spin shortly after coming back.

Seeing massive numbers is cooler than seeing "Devastating Critical" anyways. Stilly is proof.
