Have a question about this. If, for instance, one is a tiefling shifter and can't get into the elf city of Winya (the guards won't let him/her in) can one use One Thousand Faces to appear as an elf and get in? Or drow into Cordor? Or humans into the drow city? Etc. Would this be considered meta gaming or will the guards still not let the person in?

Do not enter an area you (as a character) are banned from without DM oversight. Shifted or not.

No, true sight can't see through Druid or Shifter shifting abilities. It's an Amia rule, by the way, not canon.

If it doesn't change your anatomy what does it do then? When a shifter/druid shifts they become what they shift into. I don't think TS would see through it. It would make very overpowered. And if it did then TS would have to make you immune to all illusion spells if you are implying it can see through magic which it actually does in PnP.

In PnP you would be able to.
Amia lore - no. TS does not see through the druid or shifter forms, as said by Gunz.
