Is there a link, or thread, pointing out where to find specific Instructors for the Jobs?

I've hunted all over and can't find the "Refiner" Instructor.

I wouldn't mind knowing where the "Hired Killer", "Miner", "Weaponsmith" and "Masseur" Instructor is too. ;)

Check the logical places for the trainers.
Though some will be found sprinkled here and there.. Great chance for you to explore the island :)

I know where to Masseur is. Check *********. (It's a puzzle, there are as many letters in the name of the area as there are stars! Yay!)
