Hey. I noticed the npc to retrieve lost characters is gone.
Due to work I havent been on for a while and I lost my favorite character, Sovann.
I would very much like to have him back.

Type "f_file help" (Minus quotes) in the shout channel and look for the archiving/unarchiving stuff. Someone correct me; I'm probably wrong.

Nope, that is correct.

/s ? for the helpfiles and
/s f_file ? for the helpfiles for character restoration info.

I had a gnome named Hoggle and somehow there's now also a kobold and a goblin with the same name. They stack somehow, and no matter what I try, I can't get the gnome into play anymore.

The funny thing is that I don't remember creating a kobold or a goblin under that name.

So, obviously things happen to archived characters.
