An ordinary day at the Commonwealth office in Cordor! Untill a black robed man walked through the door and handed the secretary a letter...

Appeal to Cordor ,

My name is Lomilmawien, and i am writing to inform you that I wish to make an appeal to be unbanned from cordor, the reason I was banned in the first place is because I had a Necrotic Cyst placed in me by a Necromancer, this has been removed and cleared by the Salandrans, then Cordor did not uphold there end of the bargain in allowing me back into the city, as i was still mentally unstable,

though this error has been rectified and I have also been brought back into possession of my old child which had something to do with my insanity when i lost him. I am but a mother asking for a home in the safe walls of your glorious City, please consider this request, I will be waiting for an answer in the Hinn Inn in Bendir Dale, which is currently my only shelter,

Thank you

Lieutenant Tarvencia picks this letter up at the Commonwealth Center at the end of one of her shifts, as it pertains to her division's interests, and then goes to the Watch House with it.
