I'm now getting this error trying to connect to multiplayer servers... All of them.
W...t...f?
EDIT: Now it's just Amia. I restarted my PC and tried to connect to Amia again. First error I got was:
"Your player name was refused by the server."
Then it continued with the unauthorized bit... Any ideas as to why it's only affecting Amia? _________________

Got the same error since this reset.
Just for Amia. Other servers work.

same thing happens for me, i try both the amia servers and i get that, but any other server i can get into...

I tried two other servers, and they worked just fine. Neither Amian server will let me in.

If reporting similar bug can help...
let me add my voice, folks. I'm stuck as well. Amia only, though.

Well Arelith website is displaying a NO PANIC sign, reading :
"Apparently Bioware is having problems and people can't log into servers (any servers), getting an error saying that their CD Keys aren't Authorized.
Don't Panic!! "
Funny thing is I can still get there.
hmm, Hendrack , should I create a powerbuild crafter with a mark of destiny who will try not to die of thirst or hungriness, or risk losing all his gold and end up in Fugue Plane with his corpse left on the ground, hoping OOC'ly for a Cleric to raise him IC'ly ?
naaa, I'll just wait for Amia to be fixed !

Well, a lot of Amians were unable to login to Amia, but apparently able to login to other servers. Arelith apparently had the same problem, their players being unable to login to Arelith.
A similar (but not exactly the same) bug happens when the CD key "hangs", making the server believe you are in fact still logged in to the server and thus making you unable to login until something is cleared, usually in 15-30 minutes. So I assume they cache CD keys in some way, and this could be a bug with that cache.
There's still Amians who were able to login to Amia and perhaps other servers while most weren't able to login to Amia, and some who could't login to any server. I for example didn't have any problems this time for some reason, but I've had this bug in the past.
Dunno, that's what I've observed during the past years when I've seen these bugs happen.
