Maybe I didn't read this correctly, but I just did it and noticed the 7zip when you "extract here" makes a new "override" folder. So if anyone else is going to use that, be sure you put the 7zip someplace other than your NWN folder so you don't over-write your current override folder if you have any custom portraits or ect. (As I almost did, maybe I'm just inept with these things).

I used the 'override' path on purpose. Gives a bit of a hint where to put it.

Note that if you're wearing one of the loincloth things, those seem to mess with some animations.
Other than that, it works perfectly, and I am teh gladz. x3

Desc says : The visible cloaks from the 1.68 patch are supported for all the styles except Demon Blade and the unarmed combat sets. However, please note that as of this release, only the earlier BioWare robes are supported.
Can't see my PC's cloak with any of the combat styles, though.

My response when I unpacked that 2MB file was Wasn't expecting 99% compression at all. It'll have to wait to test, though!

The unarmed styles definitely don't like the cloaks. They make Lomir's head appear to bob up and down separately from his body and sometimes he lashes out separately from the coat. Not sure if anything can be done about this.
However, this override otherwise is incredible. The animations really do make combat feel less... Generic. I'm particularly fond of the demon blade style, even if it clashes with Vesad's shield. The warrior style is good too.

Monkey grip verdict (mind that polearms use different animations than greataxes! YMMV. Darren uses a Halberd and Tower Shield):
Kensei: Bad.
Assassin: LOLably bad.
Fencing: Doesn't work. Says so in the description.
Barbarian: Don't notice any difference between this and normal?
Demon: Bad
Warrior: Actually doesn't look too bad.
Rest are unarmed. No comment.

I love the Demon Blade style, looks really good both with shield and dualwielding, and its a free 'no cloak' fix Fencing too is awesome, especially with one hand weapon and no shield.

Unarmed combat animations does "NOT" work for goblins or Kobolds.
I do not know if it works on Halflings either.

So... I'm not techincally smart with these haks and such and reading the files. How do you choose a fighting style? Is it based purely on the weapon you choose? Or is it a big mesh of em.

Once you have the file in your override folder, go into the rest menu in game. Then select acp under the options listed. There you can choose.

For all the unarmed Monks, you lose you cloaks when you switch styles. Just a heads up. By "losing your cloak" I mean the visual, not that it gets unequipped, by the way. So.... I guess unarmed Monks rejoice or cry a tear of sorrow. ::shrugs::

The same applies for coats. I believe it applies to all the "Robe" effects that were added in that one big update which introduced coats and tabards. From what I can tell, THAT part of that body would act like it is using the defualt NWN fighting style, while the rest uses the custom one, leading to... body parts seperating.

Is the arcanist style avaliable for mages still?
Edit for Monster races: It won't work with monster races such as Kobbo's and Goblins because they aren't dynamic models. Actually, there is a thought. Maybe we can add dynamic models for those races with the HAK pack...hmmmm....

Shame that there are a few issues with the 1.69 update armour extras, but aside from that, a great addition.

Pfft, nobody likes the Muhlrondi anyway. Bunch of egyptian wannabes. Plus you've ruined the chance of thousand of "ming the merciless" clones popping up, and thats a crime that should not be commited.

Has anyone else noticed that with the majority of the ACP styles, females behave like males?
They stand like them, run like them, and sit on the floor very unladylike.

Oh great and mighty chicken a simple suggestion if I may... are all the additional updayes such as this... and the haks (if/when) be added to the "Download" sidebar... this would also be handy for the portrait downloads we have packaged together, or at least a link to the spot.
Just a thought to make life a little easier for the newbies

I went to the arena in Wiltun and tested with the "No Damage Weapons", I must say that monkey-grip + halberd works better than say - Greataxe, spear, Greatsword.
By far.

Monkeygrip on my behalf is rather similar. Warrior style works however barb style with the great axe has more impressive one handed swings.

So far the only downside is for Monkeygrip users, (wich is sad, Since they've paid 25DC's for their feat)
For Kobolds and Goblins ( And probably Hobgoblins )
That you cannot use Demon Blade exept on a human.
That the Tabards+ the coats + the Smith's dress doens't work.
But aside from that, Wich can be crafted away by most - this is an exelent pack.

It's been explained, but if you use these styles currently with any content added in 1.69 you may experience glitches. The torso pieces seem fine, but the limbs have issues. Apperently the creator was working on it...apperently.

Disco didn't make the pack, he just edited it to work with Amia. So new animations are a no go I'm afraid.
