Looming over the edge of a cliff in the southern Lowland Swamps, a pike with a Drow head can be found looking over the landscape. Upon closer inspection, you can find the body of said drow head as well as a note pinned to the forehead of the brutal-looking decapitation:

"All shall fear the Black Hand. This is the fate of all those who are foolish enough to oppose His will or blasphem His name."

The note is unsigned, but is written with poor handwriting.

Any who know the drow would identify her as Akadia, a follower of Lolth.

Upon finding the new notice, a dwarf in green and black clad armor rips it down, reads it, and tucks it in his armor to deliver to his superiors.
