That's not a full list of the items that were going to be removed. In any case most of them got a bit of modification, including the Necromancer's Best Friend.

The Salve of Elemental Protection is still marked as stolen as well.

If anything is marked stolen it is because it was marked like that to begin with and it still is.

Is there any intention to unmark it as so?

Yep, I've checked and unmarked all the "stolen" items. They'll be fixed when the rejiggered items go in.

What's the status on these items? We continue to find them in loot drops, but we don't know if we should sell them or what. Are they okay to keep, use, or sell to other pcs?

Also, sometimes when loot drops, you open the item in the bag, and it disappears immediately. Is this how the offending items are being removed? Can they just be removed from the loot bin instead, so we get a drop we can keep?

There is a script that refunds the loot when you pick it up that's in place I believe. Probably best to PM a DM for a refund or something. I know it works when you pick them up in server B.

Yup on the script. There's a few items that are good only that are still dropping. If you see something that makes you go "AH MAH GAHD" then odds are it was missed, let someone know

So just to clarify...

Can we get a authoritative list of items that must be removed, so we can check this when we want to know if we can use an item? Can this list be placed in the first post so people aren't still confused?

Can the offending items just be removed from the loot bin instead of having a script that refunds them?

Are the offending items in PCs inventories automatically removed somehow? It doesnt seem this is taking place.

I updated the items, and they should all be OK now. I just forgot to remove the script that takes them away.

Is Mask of the Feral Beast = Mask of the Wild Beast?

(was this an error, or is it infact Feral Beast and not Wild Beast?)

Two different items with similar names.

Alright, seems there is still confusion about items. Some say they will stay, others that they will be removed.

1. There is these items automatically removed from inventory via a script. That was still as this yesterday, I don't know if it changed since.

2. There is also these items on the above list that we can still find in game, and keep in our inventory.

My question is: Are these items in the above list are now offcially in game to stay?

Now you can. Before they'd be stripped from you on the moment you acquired them or logged into the game with one.

"Old Trog Spear" was listed on this previously, and it is still marked "Stolen".

The Hangman's Noose is still marked as stolen.

I can't change things in your inventory. I updated the items in the loot bins.
