"To those Complaining of Sales over Auctions,

I would like to point out that it is listed as a mixed sale and auction listing here. Additionally, that the rings are marked "sold at" for a set price and do not entail opportunity to be auctioned and bid upon like the other items such as the weapons and armor.

I too received one of those letters of apology, which are sincere and which spurred I look over these postings again to see why the confusion came to place.

I am dissapointed that these merchants are being slandered for a misunderstanding and staying honorable to keep to their word on the sales instead of taking with greed a higher offered price.

This is a commendable trade. Do not be fooled by those disgrunted they were unable to make the offer to purchase first. The letter I received, at least unlike the other two it appears unless they be altered, stated to hold me in consideration if another of the Ring I wished to purchased appeared so that I might have first-chance to offer to buy in the future.

There is no wrongful activity. It is a misunderstanding, and nothing more.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
to introduce myself, I am Tao Abasai and the gentleman behind me is Narden Ul'faran. I would like to comment on some of these ... notes concerning our goods and actions.

*He seems to have to hold on to himself to not swear about the messages.*

I am very aware that there are some people out there that are not able to read. Not all creatures are blessed with good education as some of us are. This is not an insult, rather than a fact. On the other hand, it is interesting to observer that these people are able to write. I do not want assume that these people are not willing to understand what we wrote. Some of these item *points behind him at their first post* are for auction and some are for sale.
I would like to thank Weston Carter who took the time to read our posting thoroughly and summarized most of the ... misunderstandings. What I do NOT like are people who shout first and think later. With this I mean Calin Katar in particular. I was more than willing to discuss this topic with him in private but now as he denounced my fellow companion and me as liars and fraud, I will not do such a thing. The representatives of the Amian Crafter's and Trader's Federation are invited to contact us anytime convenient and we will be more than happy to give any information required. I would also like to address Sister Elrien Rowa which claims to have been the second customer who wanted to buy the Ring of Eilistraee. We will not disclose the names of the buyers but I will send her a personal message to solve this matter.
To Jaco, I would like to say that we are very confident that the buyer who indeed bought all of our offered Mythals at once has enough coin to pay for those and even more.

*Tao pauses a moment to address any questions, but continues as no questions were asked.*

I hope that the rest of the sale and the auction can now continue in a quiet and civilized manner.

Like my fellow companion introduced me, I am Narden Ul'faran. I totally agree with Taos words but would like to add one aspect. Tao showed me a letter we received accusing us of false statements and threatens us with consequences if we do not explain our actions. I would like to point out, that Tao and I are not willing to tolerate threats. I promise here and now that anyone who threatens us again without reason will be dealt with.

If you bother to actually read the poster yourself, in context with everything else mentioned, and the forementioned word "Auction", with no mention of individual sales at the time, then you will understand the confusion that can be made. Of course the idea of you understanding anything beyond your own selfish ambition and exceptionally repulse pressence is probably beyond your ability to apprehend. It's a shame that someone who claims diginity feels the need to open his message wih childish insults, you seem to have already thrown yours to the wind.

The prices stated can easily be seen as "starting prices", along with the other prices stated. These posters are out of context and misleading. I also point out the others who have recieved the message, as well as the quantity being suspicious of nature to say the least, not knowing anyone beyond the black caravan to stock such rare items in a vast quantity.

As for "insults" & "slandering", before this you were the first one to bring insults into these messages. A simple warning and suggestion on my part is all I have done. After that I have left the matter in the hands of the Amian Trade Federation. It is you who wishes to bring this matter back up, and you who has diminished the diginity present.

Perhaps you should use your own brain before leaving messages Darthion, and in conclusion perhaps you will come to understand the motiviations of others, instead of your own selfish motivations."

"More base insults. In what words did you offer to discuss this further in private? I have recieved no such messages, and I sent you my own message telling you what my actions would be if no explanation came present. None came, and my own honour forced me to place a warning for other potential buyers. Further complaints forced me to then make a report to the Amian Traders Federation, and this is where the matter has been left. Furthermore, your message to me has been made for all to see, and clearly shows you only offered me a sale on a ring in the future, and yes I'm sure this would have been at the extrodionarly overpriced amount I was forced to bid. No offer to discuss the matter of suspicion was made.

Only you and your "gallant defender" have decided to force this into a childish mud slinging content. To which I end now with this final reply. I believe my complaints in earnest as your auctioneer postings are misleading. That is it.

You began to bid on this item thinking that the Ring was for auction when in reality the poster states that the Rings themselves were not for auction but for sale. The individual did not leave a name on the public board, but it appears that this individual purchased the lion's share of the rings and mythals.

I believe that misunderstanding is the root of your trouble, Lord Katar, and I hope that solves the issue you had with this auction. If others have problems with this auction and possible fraud or scam attempts, please feel free to have them submit a missive to the Trade Federation much as you have. We at the Amian Crafters and Traders Federation take the idea of free trade seriously and will attempt to quash false business practices which tarnish the reputation of good trading with the best of our abilities.

As you can see they have agreed it is a misinterpretation. I still believe the poster is not clear about the sales being made, and perhaps should be amended. I also stand by my decesion to report this to the Amian Crafters & Traders Federation, as I felt proper buisness etiquette was not being followed. I however to express regret that certain parties have decided to turn this matter into an insult slinging match. However, if nothing else perhaps this will show a good example that the Amian Crafters & Traders Federation can be relied on to govern their own and take a indepth look at any matter that is presented to them, as well as act with dignity and honour.

I hope that you will indeed make amendments to the wording of your poster to prevent further misinterpretation.
