Yeah, I've tried that, doesn't work if I log out. I don't know what the problem is, honestly. I can receive them when I am logged in, but if people send me stuff when I am logged out I don't get them. So, it's best to just send me email to begin with.

You have full phpbb2 access. Delete your entire account, and recreate it.
Or get Tormak to - I assume he has full account access to the phpbb2 control panel.
Should solve the problem.
