Anyone use the Brawl option in the PvP Tool options? I do but I never get into PvP. Was wondering if any ppl that PvP often use it. Was thinking if more ppl used it maybe PvP battles would have less Raise Dead chain spam.

I would use it, but don't you need to have both parties set to brawl for it to function?

Makes it more difficult to use then. Be cool if we had a system which set the pvp settings based on Rp, the more hostile the RP the higher the setting is set, the final setting being death upon defeat.

I can't think of anytime I have seen or heard of two(or more) parties in a PvP encounter ever using Brawl. Is this because ppl are afraid that they wont get chain rezzed?

I have been in a four-way brawl once about this time last year, my god was that fun. My hunting party vs. Banites vs. Defenders vs. some random Palemaster.
And yeah... it was a bit of hassle to get the PvP setting done :3

Really? Cool! That's neat! I have never heard of anyone using it & you saying(typing) that gives me a bit of a smile.
What if it was the default setting? Then there would be no hassle.

If it was one of the default ones, I'm sure a lot of people would benefit from it RP and Mechanically wise.

I like chain raising. It makes the battle a war of attrition beyond 'drink healpots until the dev critter has killed everyone'.

Chain raising and healpot spam are the same side of the same retarded coin that got lodged in the arse of the same bastard who refuses to lose.

It's called being prepared - counter a powerful build with a lot of coin.

Powerful builds have alot of coin. Generally more than your weaker "RP" build.
Your "Sit under GS" bias shines through in this instance since Chain Raising is your major contribution to pvp.

Damn straight, as does your ridiculous capacity to make good builds bias
