At this moment there are about 8 groups of people spamming my PM box about construction works for faction/race areas.

Don't add anything else to that list before the end of the year, please.

Just out of random curiousity. If a payer used their Neverwinter Nights construction modual to make an area for say there fraction hangout. How much would that ease your work load if any, provided their are atleast moderately proficient with the tool.

Typically the staff doesnt accept submissions from people who arent Amia designers. Exceptions have been made, however, and I expect that Disco regrets them.

If you're going to it better to just do physical layout as a template. Most of the scripts they would use if they accept your template they already have on hand and anything you'd make would likely just get in the way. If they accept it /then/ it's time to discuss anything extra in the way of scripting but don't hope for too much.

It's not just that. I also got to think of the costs, get permissions from the DMs, make sure stuff gets done by one or another, read forum threads, correct mistakes, instruct designers, etc. I wouldn't mind this if it was a matter of making an area, but it's the administration stuff that takes a lot of time (and is a drag).
