I have vista ive downloaded the head pack onto desktop and i right clicked and "Extract files" doesnt come up. Neither does unzip files...

I dont know what to do.. how to make it work,

can someone please explain it to me... laymens terms though, i dont know much about computers

Might have been an interupted download, happens now and again, moreso with Zip/Rar files. Try re-downloading and placing them all in the Over-ride again, then see if it works.

EDIT:

Oh wait, do you have the Rar thing to unzip them?

A rar is like a zip. Just different format, like you got music in mp3's and wma's.

Download the Rar file in the link, right click it and press run, when it's finished installing, drag the head pack to your over-ride, right click the pack and extract.

If it continues to fail your Winzip or Winrar may be corrupted. I suggest downloading and installing 7-zip. Free and just as powerful

Some of the new heads are actually out of alignment. There are some with strange neck lengths.

There were always some of them. I always hated how my tiefling has her neck right on her shoulders with no throat ;_;
