Do Undead reskins have to be reskinned to something else in which has immunity to sneaks, crits, mind spells etc... or can it be reskinned to anything within good reason?
For my Setite, I was planning to possibly have Epic Mummy Dust reskinend to a 200% Cobra, or possibly even another poisonous animal.
Does anyone have an opinion toward this, do you think it is a good idea, or would fit into RP just as well having the Sentinel?

Why not just call it an undead cobra? That saves the issue of explaining the buffs.

No, it doesn't have to be undead. Although, something that has similar attributes would probably be more fitting for you to explain thins IC and all that. But nope, I've seen all kinds of undead reskined into totally different things.

Pretty sure Cobras are Immune to Sneak Attack anyway so that's one Undead trait you don't need to worry about.

But they dont die when you heal them.
Imo, undead reskins should stay undead.
Else it'd be too easy to get the perks (undead summon stats) without the RP downsides (every pala/druid/... passing by you wants to smite you)

I think an undead should be able to be reskinned into something that's not undead, as long as said thing is also evil. Reskinning an undead into a devil or demon would be okay, but reskinning the bugger into a celestial would be a big no-no.
On the other hand, it's not like you can get a spell to summon a celestial. There are no custom summons and no more additions coming to NWN, therefore, we have to work with what we got.

We've allowed reskins into other stuff, though I do think something undead would be ideal. It's too late to enforce that now.
There's not much choice when it comes to epic summons, so it's understandable that people want to reskin Mummy Dust (instead of spending four feats on EDK, for example).

Every Good Planar Binding, Planar Ally for Good, Good Gate, and several Summon Monsters do Celestial creatures.

Epic Summoning spell I think he means.

Aye, one is very limited for choice in the epic-summon department. Which is why it's great you guys let us do reskins. Well, you do the reskins, but let us have them
That said if you want reskin, Anubis, post a request - the worst that can happen is that they say no.

Okai then, I think I will go with the Undead Cobra, when I get to making the request.

Reading this, am I best waiting until thirty to have it Reskinned?
