Instead of "F" you can also use "C" (companion) or "S" (summon). Capital do not matter for the fucntion name or first argument. So, you can use "f_voice f This is pants!" and it will still work. Use "?" or "help" in the shout channel to get this info in game.
You sir, deserve a very large cookie.
Awesome addition.

Quite awesome indeed!
Now I just need someone to use it with.
Hmm, perhaps my SD.. THen again, getting felt up by a shadow with strength drain must be cold.

Finally, and a rather excellent implementation at that.

Now you know why sometimes you can see DMs shouting various "/s f_insert somethingfunhere" stuff, and then getting burned for phailing. In our case, if the command is mistyped, it ends up actually being shouted. That's why it needs to be double checked before I dare to press enter *Twitch.* Tripple, *Twitch spasm* make that quadruple checked. Must have certainty that won't typo, must have it. Because otherwise, some god forsaken command typo will sneak below my attention one day, when I least expect it, and STAB ME IN THE BACK, via a shout to the whole server! >.>
And those are one of the few mistakes we can't blame on the n00b DMs possibly around at the same time. So we're totally screwed with taking the blame ourselves.

To be honest, as long as you get the f_ bit correct you won't phail. The prefix is basically saying "Hey, block normal shouting! Function coming!". Any messups after that will simply result in an ignored command.

This was the top item on my secret wishlist of "things that would be awesome, but I assume are impractical." To see this actually added to the game makes me irrationally enthusiastic.
So, yay!
