I'm headed to Bmia. I'm planning to meet everyone just in the joining room to start. I have to help my Newbie friend get a character ready.
No need to commit to the group long term... play with it as long as it works. I assume we will have some coming and going.

We had five different players show up at different times for our first Newbie night. No one killed, much fun had.
I have set up an RP thread in the PC Stories and Character Descriptions thread.
From my perspective, we could still use another 3-4 players (for a total of 8-9) as I'd like to have a group of 4-7 each week and everyone will have OOC conflicts some weeks.
Many thanks to those who came. It was a blast despite it being very crowded due to the crash of Amia A last night.

Wednesday is the night for the entire group, but I jump on with Melf to RP out his character and continue the sideline of his weaponsmithing career.
I'm sure others may jump on at times as well.
Of course there is no problem setting up other playing times with parts of the group.
The only thing really required by the "group" is the leveling limit speed so we do keep this group of characters similar in power as they grow.
This week Characters should be 3-5. We could still take newbies the next couple weeks... after that we'll be on to Endir and it will be more difficult.

I think we are still open for another couple players, although it does sound like the group will be 5-6 this week.
I think having 3-4 more players rotate in would be great.

What a great night with a bunch of players!
We ended up dividing into two separate groups halfway through the night because there were so many!
From now on we'll plan a couple separate "quest" areas just in case we consistently have the turnout we did last night.
The next two weeks we will finish up Caraigh; after that it will be harder for newbies to join the core group.

Hey Red Cloaks,
I've had a conflict come up and will not be able to attend Wednesday night.
I think there are several players planning on coming, so there should be plenty to continue on with the Caraigh operation without Melf.
Although *I* will be back thursday and playing then at the normal time if anyone wants to do a "mop up" operation then.
I'll also have Melf out and about this evening doing some prep stuff for the next part of his story.
