Notice wrote:
Dear Citizens, dear Farmers and Tanners,
In the spirit of the teachings of Oghma, I am offering you my services as a Writer in exchange for the materials I require to fulfill my trade. I am looking to fashion letters, brochures, placards and books. I am aware that not all of you are able to read or write. Not only will I pay you for your goods, I will write for you. Whether you have relatives who live far away, you wish to send a letter to an institution or tell a politician your opinion, I will make your voice be read. If you wish to learn reading and writing yourself, something can be arranged as well.
The materials I will require:
- Papyrus
- Cotton
- Leather
I ask that this letter be explained to those who cannot read. I will, if time permits, visit in the middle and in the end of Flamerule.

The seal underneath the name is too vibrant to be ink, and a keen individual may find that this seal is what keeps the notices readable and the paper firm even under bad weather.
