Ok ... I need help.
I have a new computer ... with a Radeon hd 4870 Sapphire vid-card and now my nwn wont work.
It doesnt show my character, nor my compass ... and it crashes.
Can someone help me out here?!

Try looking on the manufacturer's website for any known issues with NWN or older games. Also, you might try messing with the settings in NWN some.

Did you try all options in the in-game video settings and (maybe more important) the out-of-game resolution/texture size settings? That's where I would start looking.

www.windowsupdate.com Get your updates. Keep going back till it tells you you have none, even get the optional ones.

Then->

Download the web-updater from there for directx and run it.

restart your pc. be happy, it should work. if not, come back.
