In direct response to the diplomatic endeavours of the City of Kohlingen, the Black Caravan and supporting parties shall grant an additional three nights of grace period for the deliberation of their actions in the coming days. No attack shall take place during this period, as the City of Kohlingen reconsiders their options.
The Church of Kelemvor's time to submit to the requirements of the Black Caravan to initiate a cease fire (presentation of those guilty of an attack upon the Black Caravan) has passed and any further means of negotiating this conflict will be ignored.

The Black Caravan has never built or erected any form of structure, building, or point of power such as enforced toll regions upon the Isle of Amia or surrounding regions.
Any personnel doing so under the attire of the Black Caravan are imposters; and should be killed on sight. As imposters and those not bearing the true marks of the Black Caravan, they are not protected by the Caravan and our military reinforcement.
Any true member of the Black Caravan can prove as such in a manner of unquestioning clarity.
As it stands, no member of the Black Caravan barring diplomatic envoys and escorts thereof shall tread upon the soils of Amia. Any individual bearing attire resembling the Black Caravan is, as stated, an imposter; and one to be eliminated immediately. Should concrete evidence as to their true identities be presented, rewards will be given to any party responsible for such uncovering.
