The Black Caravan hereby offers a warning to affiliates, allies, and members of the Kelemvorite Church and Clergy upon the Isle of Amia and surrounding regions.
Due to actions of hostility, unpermitted actions against the Caravan - clients and personnel alike - and blatant disrespect for the business, these individuals are hereby labelled Enemies of the Black Caravan.
Any wishing to gain the Black Caravan's favor in future negotiations, trade agreements, or business settlements are encouraged to ensure that such entities are rendered a null threat.
Additionally, any sightings of the Kelemvorite Clergy within vicinity to Black Caravan stalls are to be met with considerable, hostile force. Actions taken against these persons within clear view of the Black Caravan will justify a 25-50% Reduction in prices for involved individuals for the remainder of that store's session.
This shall continue until a formal apology is recieved from the Kelemvorite Church, and the involved individuals handed to the Black Caravan for appropriate punishment. Should this not arrive within due time, more direct retaliation methods will be considered and performed.
This notice comes directly from the Black Caravan Head Office.

Notices are replaced, and another is added beneath pre-existing ones; as usual leaving no detail as to how to directly contact the secretive faction.
The Church of Kelemvor has been granted by my order; one month to submit their public apology for thier actions and to bring forward the three individuals responsible for the attack.
Should this time pass without attempts at the above being made, the Benwick Hollow region shall be thoroughly cleansed of such criminals and enemies of free trade, profit, and wealth. It is advised civilians evacuate the area towards the end of this month if this notice is not removed.
How many innocents shall the Eternal Order risk in the name of their divine crusade and saving their own skins?

Having followed the situation from a distance, Eir still doesn't seem too convinced that anything is going to happen. He does, however, seem to prepare himself in case the situation should blow up. Though who he's siding with remains unknown.

Another man can be seen taking notes with every written notice or reply. Clad in the clanking plate of a paladin, shiny from head to toe, he gives no indication of his feelings regarding the subject, but very little seems to go past him.

Dear Sirs.
I do hope that when you decide to attack the Kelemvorites in Benwick Hollow you respect that the Salandran temple and it's people are nuetrals in most senses of the word.
I emplore you to use caution and consideration and avoid hurting anyone who is wearing Salandran colours. My people are peaceful and wish only to heal, I would hate for my people to come under attack and be injured by yourselves because of something the Kelemvorites have done.

The Black Caravan hereby confirms the City of Kohlingen's wishes to present a threat, and shall react in kind. The City of Kohlingen shall, akin, be purged with Benwick Hollow should the three responsible not be brought forward within the set time frame.
Threats to the Black Caravan are not tolerated and will be met with extreme force. As a means of ensuring, thoroughly, that all hostile parties to the Black Caravan and affiliates are dealt with; the city will be purged in its entirety, including civilians.

I regret to inform you that you plea towards the Tempusans are ill-received. You may be strangers yet to Amia with concerns to its wildly fluctuating political structure, therefore I shall try to be of some help.
While the Tempusans may preach the neutrality of war, they are politically allied with the forces who define themselves as "good." At no point in recent or distant history have they ever attempted to extend the hand of the god of war towards the underdogs who are nearly always beaten. Like the bullies they imagine they are destroying, they seek out and profit in their standing with the obvious victors.
Personally speaking, I admire their ability to selfishly choose the winning side, allowing themselves to spread the teachings of their god of battle without fear of humiliation, though I wish that they were brave enough to tempt the losing side instead.
I cannot aid you in your rightful quest for justice and lawful protection for your clientèle, perhaps you should appeal to the Church of Waukeen, who should have reacted with aghast horror at the heretical actions of the Kelemvorite in regards to their own faith in the Merchant's Friend.
If the Church of Waukeen will not protect honest merchants from selling their goods in safety to people with the coin to pay for them, then they do not deserve the gold which all merchants tithe with due regularity.

The black caravan are war criminals, like so many warlords before them they have threatened innosents, the salandran faith, despite this faiths obvius wishes to remain neutral, they are not here to make peace. They are here to conqour, and all you who speak of injustices against the free trade, by all means explain to me why hostages is a acceptable choise in bargaining power...this outrage has gone far enough, you ally yourself with dark faiths because of a small faith dispute and a criminal being apprehended by the laws of that perticular land?
If you respect law at all, you should be defending kelemvor.
The black caravan have shown clear evil by aligning themself with Red dragons, protecting necromancers...should you choose to side with them, then know that when we are done with the caravan..we are comming for those who stood against us..justice will be paid, in full.

A notice similar to the one recently posted in Kohlingen appears peppered around the island.
The Church of Salandra will be taking absoloutly NO part in the fighting whatsoever, we are EVACUATING our temple to the very last soul and will be seeking refuge in a safe place.
Announcements officialy from the Temple of Salandra will be made officialy on our stance regarding this situation and our location where we'll be relocating to will be announced in due time.
We will not stand and fight the Kelemvorite's battle for them, nor will we be drawn into war on any side. We are people of peace and healers, war is not our style and not in our tennants.

A letter, copies of which are delivered to Kohlingen keep, City Hall and the Temple of the Triad:
To the Leaders and Defenders of the Holy City of Kohlingen:
I do not condone the fanatical actions of the Kelemvorites against the Black Caravan's customers, but even less so do I condone the threats of the Caravan against Kohlingen or any inhabitants of Benwick Hollow apart from the Kelemvorites. I believe that the Kelemvorites should not have done as they did, but they paid the price in blood and pain at that time. For the Caravan to demand payment or make threats against those not involved is evil typical of Banites or Cyricists. Especially foul and heinous is the kidnapping of innocent people from the Holy City.
I cannot accept that the Caravan would threaten to demolish an entire city and the Temple of Salandra over the actions of three people. I for one will never deal with the Caravan again and will encourage others not to do so, for they have now revealed themselves as opportunistic and grasping fanatics and not simple followers of Waukeen.
I will be remaining within the city to aid in its defence and the defence of my family who reside here, as I did during the Wyrmhold incident, in such capacity as I can. My wife, a cleric of Ilmater, will also be remaining to assist.
May all the good goddesses protect us and watch over us. May we pass through this trial in safety and return to the embrace of Sharess and the celebration of the Eternal Revel that is Life.

The Shrine of Eilistraee seems to be in a massive upheaval, everything being packed to leave from the golems and sacred moonstones, down to the last cushion, dish, and candlestick. If asked what is going on, people would be informed of a full evacuation.

After giving much thought on the matter and accompanying everything that's been going on, Rizzen writes the following note and adds copies to those within the cities and shrines he can enter.
If he cannot enter a city, he will have a surfacer deliver it to the city's commander. If the surfacer is asked about what he got in exchange for delivering the note, he will say he was paid and is free after delivering the note.
Citizens and(or) Leader of [add specific city's name here],
For long I have sought a place among surfacers, following a faith that was never understood or spoken of in good terms. I intend to repair that issue if approached peacefully to talk about it.
As it happens with many faiths, many leaders interpret their god's or goddess' dogmas differently. In my faith I can say I am one of those priests who gives emphasis to a specific part of the dogma, while not forgetting the other tenets, but also dealing with them differently.
I merely seek a place, with my kin, among surfacers. Like any surfacer, I fight against the vile ways of the spiderkissers, also known as Lolthites.
If any place at the surface is being threatened to be destroyed, if there is a war against the surface, my brethren and I shall offer our assistance.
Thus, I join the forces of good, or any force that will be fighting against the Black Caravan.

High Defender Sovann Is'Def has (most unfortunately) taken ill, and is recovering on the mainland. Your offer of aid is most welcome, however, as will any sword should the city come under attack. If you wish to participate in the defense plans, come to Kohlingen keep and speak with one of us. (By us I mean any of the Triadic Knights or Defenders of Kohlingen. While technically distinct orders, we are united in our purpose and work together in this, as in all things.)
