The new tileset is really weird. Not only is it choppy, but for example.. the new NVidia driver fixed those fog issues and all the rest, but they are still present in the new tileset. They were originally issues with a new OpenGL release if I'm not mistaken, or a new shader model or something. Now why the hell does it do that when it's newer?

Only 2 of us? I thought there'd be more.
I also have Windows XP on my Mac, running thru VM software, and I have the Win version of NWN loaded. But it barely runs and not at all in multiplayer. I think it has to do with conflicts with the video drivers. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate the help. I'd like to check out the toolset, and that's only available on the Win version.
Vista home basic because I went Cheap til windows 7 comes out and I spent the rest of the 5k I had for my computer on graphics card *Hugs and gets burned by his 4870x2* But I haven't had a problem with the actual game yet just updating it
Didn't know you can play it on a mac. >_< I use vista and it runs nwn amazingly.

100% crap. Today you can go to a bathroom and give birth to a computer.
That would explain some of the stuff. Hmm.
Well, Windows Xp and SP 2, not 3 though, didn't dare to DL it yet.

XP, with either SP2 or 3, I forget. I can run it on high video settings, and it looks really neat, but even on moderate it's now sucking up all my system resources. No virus that I'm aware of - I think I may need to clean my registry or something, but I have no issues with NWN and the OS itself.

I'm on Vista now after [oh so brilliantly] downloading a trojan virus to my machine for the 3rd time with Windows XP as my OS. Finally had to give up and upgrade, heck, was formatting my system anyways. ~Fin~

That's not XP's fault, that's yours.

NWN was never designed to work on an emulator package. Use the Mac version instead.

I liek Jean Ortega as a character because it shows that everyone can be different. I also don't think we should incorporate mean behavior in video games.
My Mac can do most thingies PCs can, its only really Macsoft that went for the cheap option of not including all the functionality of the PC version of NWN that's the problem, not the platform. Possibly one reason why they gave NWN2 to another company to develop....

Vista, 32-bit. I don't have any graphical issues. At least with the settings I'm running now.
