As I would guess the that the threat range off the snowy forests with the orc warriors on B must be roughly the equivelant to that of the Temple of Set on A, does anyone out there in forum land know if the boss at the end is part of the epic lodt, bosses.

And if as I think he isnt would there be any particular reason as to why he isnt, even if it were only like a 0.01% chance of a drop. It might help revive a vastly underappreciated area, that is actualy an awful lot of fun.

He isn't an Epic Loot dropper because he's fairly wimp compared to the other bosses. As for it being underappreciated.. that may be your perception. I've always liked hunting there. The XP gets bad quicker than with the Giants, but for low Epic ranges it's nice.

I miss the goblins with dev crit. The orcs aren't as fun.

This. That entire area was my nest egg builder quite a while back, when I was clawing my way up through epic levels.

The amount you get out of this area really depends on your classes/party.

And Epic Dodge, and Bigby, and Epic dragon Knight, and Hellball, and greater Ruin, and Self Conceal III....

You kids have it easy.

Ive had a go with a few of the old spawns.. todays spawns are wimps! Hell some of the old spawns even make the epic bosses on amia look like wimps.

Those Tanarii shifters that stripped items off you when they whacked you.

Yep... it's always harder in the old days.

No, those were the dogs that also has Dev Crit and Bio True Sight. Sucks to b e a Shadowdancer.

The Shifters were Dragonshaping Tanarri with 10d6 Death Attack, Epic Dodge, HIPS, and Improved KNockdown.

I happen to agree with you. Then again, I do not make powerbuild tanks *shrugs*
