I just had a random thought of how great it would be as a ranged Cleric to have healing arrows that you could pelt your party members with while they are fighting. ICly, It could be likened to medeival acupuncture.
At any rate, maybe this is already an option but I doubt it. Is it possible to add an on-hit property such as Cure * Wounds for arrows? I know there are already some divine damage arrows, but they are very selective, and this could make them redundant, but it would be cool to at least have cure arrows that you could use for undead.

PvP rules dont let you shoot friendly PCs. Can't happen. And Cure onhit arrows = Lag.

There is however a bow that does have a few healing properties upon it. and you can always rp them as acupuncture.

It was actually a joke. Well the first paragraph was. It paints a humorous picture.

Arrows are designed for one single purpose: Once they go in, if they don't kill the target it kills them when they try to get it out.
And you're saying you want to shoot these dangerous things at people to heal them? If you don't mind me saying.... what!?

Have them manifest as becoming healing energy when let fly, bam. Problem solved for description side. For actual implementation? Not so much.

Reminds me of a blade in BG2, it was a joke and would heal your foe and damage yourself, and since it was cursed.. Hehe, fun times. Very effective against vampires though.

Arrows with on hit: heal = undead destroyer.

I thought the blessed arrows were taken out of circulation?
Anyone with the arrows, hold onto them like your wedding photos in a fire, they're antiques nowadays!

Really? Sweet. I must keep a hold on those arrows specially crafted by residents of Winya Ravana

It's been done, just not in NWN.
In Tales of Vesperia, Raven (who by all accounts is an Arcane Archer) has an ability called Love Shot which is essentially a party wide seeking arrows that heals instead of damages.
It's also not real arrows, but positive energy fired form his bow as a spell like ability.
Just throwing that out there.
