Notes in Cordor and Bendir are checked and renewed almost daily. However the one in the fey tree in Winya were only delivered by a messenger hawk, and as such; won't be renewed
Fellow Faeries
It saddens me that one of this worlds oldest races, are so scattered on this little island. We should all stand more united, and resist getting pushed around. In Cordor, when we are ourselves, we are often seen as insane or annoying bugs. Bendir welcomes us freely and openly, but it is first and foremost a hin town. And now Winya have chosen to make all faeries like second class citizens, and less good than elves, going as far as to throw us out of the term "the fair folk" when it was ours, long before they adopted it as well.
If enough of us come together, we can create a place for ourselves, where we can be free of judgment or oppression from other races. Free from having to hide in elven like forms, to avoid being called bugs and swatted. Free to be free.
Faerie groves exist in peace and influence from other races, organizations or even conflicts. Myself and several other faeries believe if we come together, we can create a small fey grove to call home and be ourselves.
Faeries of all three courts, if you share my dream then leave a note in the large tree outside the Amia Forest cave. The hole is about twenty feet above ground, and large enough to harbor notes. If enough faeries show interest in this dream, then together we can make it a reality.
Balance guide you all, - Arronax the Empyrian

Amareth sees the notice, and taking the notice she shakes her head as she brings it into Winya's councile chamber's. She does however when passing by the one in bendir and Cordor mutter something in elven about Arronax being a banite as she goes about her bussiness.

More gets added just under the original note. This however is written in both elven and sylvan;
The elves of Winya has today shown their true side; subjective narrow-minded fools who doesn't know their past. I dearly hope this accusation is wrong.
Do you elves know what reverie is? Do you know what that "glowy stone" in your center is? Do you know what the Feywilds is? The plane of fey?
Reverie is a state of mediation. During this time the subject is refreshing itself, with the magic of the Feywilds. Because; in the Feywilds magic runs without boundaries, strong enough that any living being within the plane do not have to eat, breath, drink or sleep. Instead of your sleep you're using our magic. The "Glowystone" in your centre is a Sylvan stone.
A Sylvanstone is the core of various wards and enchantments meant to protect Sylvanglages.
And now you're throwing us out of our old home a home the ELVES tainted with civilisation ruining the magical fey essence.
Actions has consequenses. Don't come crying the day the Fey takes back what is rightfully ours, the day you're not allowed to leech on our home, the day you don't beable to reverie. The day you're nothing but pointy eared humans.
I hope I opened your eyes, and please, prove me wrong if that is case, don't throw empty accusations back, because it only proves this note even more true.
We need a place to call home that inst intruded by egoistic simple-minded beings.
-Kylie Ky Bubbles, Faerie.

Vilmandel, riddled with age though nothing more than a calm demeanour as always, allowed the council to respond as they wished - however he made a single addendum himself in a simple text.
While we understand your concerns and your suspicions, I will regretfully have to inform you that the stone you speak of within Winya Ravana, is actually elven in make. While the details are, as typical for anything held dear, closely guarded; I assure you that it is with absolute truth I inform you that the Fey people had nothing to do with the stone's creation.
Likewise, the City of Winya Ravana was built by the elven people, though with considerable (And acknowledged) aid from the fey folk. I do hope this information allows you to better understand why those who live and breathe this city just as you claim to do so, are so heavily vested in its safety, security, and well being - even if we disagree as to how that may occur.

Dear Vilmandel of Winya.
I withdraw my accusations about the stone not being rightfully yours.
However that the fey had nothing to do with its creation as you say isn't entirely true. You like me, knows it takes a lot of effort and magic from the reverie to do such a Grove Ward.
Yes, I am aware of the old elven writings concerning this.
My anger lies in the very fact that you're kicking the fey out of the very ancestor of your existence.
Would you kick out your mother because she doesn't cook you food any more?
Would you kick out elves that has a weird nose?
Touch those pointy ears of your while you think of where they're from. All that I wish is to be treated similar as the elves as it has always been until this day.
Maybe you should oversee your decisions about this; because right now the leaders of Winya has effectively shot themselves in the face with a rusty crossbow. Metaphor ofcourse.
There is however some truth in all this; maybe its time the fey get a place of their own, set up our own Sylvan Glade.
But all in all; Fey are not strangers to elves.
Yours, truly; Kylie Ky Bubbles.
//Urr, I'm not sure anymore since I read the posts in the Winya thread. Guess if its notin/void it can be handled as a IC rumour.

Another note is attached to the same places the original note. This one written only in Sylvan;
Recent events got us thinking and I came to a conclusion which I'm now sharing with you:
We fey need our own place call a home. A place where other races are our guest.
There is Winya, the Grove and Bendir Dale but none of them is a true fit for us. I know you might have your life as such places, but this is merely a suggestion for an improvement. Besides none of them is completely trusty as the elves has shown, they can attempt to kick us out at any time. Where do we go if that happens?
I hereby suggest a meeting to be held for us fey to discuss this.
Alls Well That Ends Well;
Kylie Ky Bubbles Arronax

A note is left in the same spot.
'It's been a long time since I've seen that name! Well, I've been sleeping. Anyway, due to recent events, I think you are right, Kylie.
We should relocate. In mass. Somehow. - However, as a temporary spot... I live in the Secret Glade, and you're all more than welcome to come there. There are many of us there already, and the others who dwell there are less... ...well... ...whatever the Grove is.
With much love to you all,

The following text is written in sylvan with green ink on to a rather small paper, places at the same place where the other notes are.
Those of Faerie!
Hear the whispers of the forests, listen to them. Time has come to us, the people of faerie origin, to step up. No longer will we let ourselfs treated like this. Time is closing, spread the word and gather in Winya!
Kylie, I am looking for you. Need to dicuss of matter of importance to us, the faerie. Those who read this message and understand, spread the word and support the faerie cause!
I as many others of the faeries have taken part to support this, nixies are gathering, piexies as well, while faun will march among us so will the sprites and those who are able to come with us.
Let the word spread to all feys! The inpendence of our is a must, with this we are to gain it, join us if you can at the grove in Winya Ravana.

A note appears around the places where fey are known to be, Winya, Bendir, Hidden Glade and the Grove.
The meeting that is to be called need a location and a time.
The Hidden Glade near the Nexus falls would be ideal, time I suggest is the end of this tenday when the sun is one quarter over the sky.
Other suggestions are welcome should you not be able to make this time.
/* I'm thinking saturday 3 PM gmt, do post if the time isnt fitting so we can have asmany onboard as we can.
PS Posting here to keep the DM Story topic clean as we decide a time. The official time will be posted in the DM Story topic once its determined. */

I say we meet at the foot of the Nexus Falls, or the cave in the hillside. (Those humans can surely be "persuaded" to relocate for a time!) After all, we needn't hide from the elves in our home. Leaving the trees, streams and the lake of Winya is awkward or the dryads and nixies. Pixies, sprites and us fauns don't mind the distance, though.

((Around 10 AM GMT would be better for me, or maybe 8 PM GMT. That's the middle of the day, and I'm not sure if I've plans. But I might be able to make that, too, just fine. Sunday is even better, if it can be worked out.))

Lisselle reads the notes and write to Arronax and Ky.
Brother and Mother, I am with you. I am living in a Grove of druids. I have plenty of good company from birds, deers, wolves and I am quite protected here. If you want to use my place to meet the other fairy we just need to ask mister Valas and his lady to allow us to use the space. And you know, the Grove is so big and the druids are so hidden that I think we could even live there.
Lisselle. The Bardic Purple Fey of the Dreamcourt.

I agree with Perebuk. The cave there will suffice.
I also met with the Winyan council after/during their last meeting, and I have some things I will bring up myself. One of whom is that the elves have made some changes again, allowing fey to get the rights they had back, on some terms.
We will talk soon, - Arronax the Empyrian

I dont know, brother, I think a place we can set our own rules according to our cycles and nature would be better than share the places with elves that will set the rules for us. We are different than they are and we should never get too involved with our old time companions because even with their longer lives, they are still part of the ever changing natural world and they will come and go while we will still be here. This alone would make them not proper to be the leaders of our community or the council we would obey. Because as these elves of today leave the world of the living and walk to their Gods, we will be on the mercy of the next elves to assume the council. How we will know if they will be better or worse than those ones? It is time for us to have our place with our people and live our lives as we should live.
I dont think they understand what we are and I dont think they understand our needs, so they are not yet ready to set the rules of our community.
I also miss the court. Cant we have our court? What will be of a Court Bard without a Queen to smile as I sing? *sighs*

Sisters and brothers.
I do agree with Lisselle, we should create our court here, there seem to be enough of us and it would as well allow us better to resist the discrimination of the other races, which dont even understand us for starters.
As The Bardic Purple Fey of the Dreamcourt mentioned, the elfs are longliving but they are part of the nature, whereas we live even if they die. Even if we are to get these changes done, how we know the next elven council agrees the changes what the last council did? Or how we know they will keep the promises the previous council gave. We can not know, all we know is that this council promised and that every living mortal is different from the one before her or him.
Let us create a home and court of our own, somewhere secret where no mortal would find, use our gifts to hide it and keep it as we please. To dance and sing or even drink there without others to tell us what to do!
As Arronax the Empyrian wrote, " allowing fey to get the rights they had back, on some terms." They might allow us to get right, but with terms. Still we wouldnt be as free as we are in the Feywilds or at our own sylvanglades!
These are my opinions, but let us not be hasty, as we have all the time in this world. Let us dicuss about this and see what are the elven terms for our rights.
Let your paths be merry until we meet.

The following text is written in sylvan.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Council of elfs has desided following: Quote: - First and foremost, the previous restriction on the fey has been reversed. Rather than the race, as a whole, being restricted to the Outer Sanctum, they will now be allowed within the Inner Sanctum, as well. However, do to the past voicing from many fey that they neither concern themselves with elven politics nor understand them, they will be required to prove their understanding of the political system of Winya Ravana before they are allowed to become full citizens of the city.
This does not, of course, restrict their ability to reside within the city. It does only two things. First, fey, until proven in front of the Council that they meet the requirements for citizenship, individual fey will not hold vote in those things brought to the People. Second, fey will be held to the same standard as half-elves in regards to the respect they must show the elves of Winya Ravana, and especially the Seldarine. All fey within the city are urged to refrain from such insults as have been so prevalent in the past, as well as the support of the foes of Winya Ravana, including the dhaerow and demon kin lest they be removed from the city.
At least we can enter the inner parts now, but we have no influence on the matters that might effect us as well, before we have proven! ourselfs!!
All they seem to want from us is that we give our respects to them! Do we not respect the Seldarine already? At least I do, but I will not respect the elfs because I am told to do so, to gain citizenship of Winya.
As, at least a few of us, are already considering creating our own sylvanglade, away from the elfs and their meaningles politics! I say we should do so, create the sylvanglade and our own court! As far as we know, this council has given us these terms, but how about the one coming after it? As well I have seen that some of the elfs themselfs do not even like this council, so how can we give our respects if their own doesnt give much respect to its council, also I have heard that some elfs left Winya when this Council came in power.
What does this tell us. That the polits of the elfs doesnt care for induviduals. Let us move away from those who seek to drive their own kin away from their shared home. In our own glade we could be who we are, and not need to act like something we are not! It is true that the mortals cant understand the ways of those who dont die on old age. Yet I havent even met an elf who would know of our ways!

Perebuk is heard muttering to many fey as he reads the notices. Not everyone will hear this, of course, but some might:
"They would challenge Titana and Oberon, create their own court on this plane, all because of mortal foolishness? Whatever happened to us minding our own business, retreating from mortal "civilization" or setting them boundaries? Little better than elves who betray their sylvan ancestry are those of us who betray the King and Queen."

*After hearing Perebuks words, from other feys that is, Cealíre posts another note*
By all means I did not intent we would try to challenge Titana and Oberon. Merely what I ment was that we would create a place on this island where we could be among ourselfs. And perhaps create somekind of system that would work to us like court of Oberon and Titana. We would perfectly be under their command, not trying to compete with them.
Consider it more like a house where we could sing and dance for each others, drink and celebrate as we wish. But what I dont want is that we would live under the elven rules!

I wont never go against my Queen. When I suggest a small court, of course it was one that would be under the High Court. I am my Queen's bard and not a traitor of my culture.
However, why should I stand to the elves and tell them why should I be accept on their city? I have so much space around the island to live and I can always go back home for a while, I wont stand there and justify why should I be accepted as a citizen.
But, I agree with the fellow fey above, a place for us in this mortal land would at least be a place where we can be ourselves and do not have to beg to be accepted.

If we divide a possible new home up by the three courts, then we will never have our dream. All courts, Dream, Nightmare and Twilight do not war against each other directly. Rarely do one fey harm another. I suggest we come together in our new home, and do not drag court politics into it at all, or we shall be further divided and our numbers turn even fewer.
I used to be an agent of the Nightmare court.. an unseelie. I am now one of the twilight. It is a middle ground without politics of the courts. I suggest that the new home is made for ALL fey. Unrelated of what court they are in. With the laws that no fey may harm another in it, regardless of actions, words or otherwise spoken outside it. It should be a sanctuary for all fey kin who seek one.
If the Seelie or Unseelie courts wish to rule this home, then I will have no part of it. I will not trade one pointless war and battles over words and actions of mortals, for one where fey fight. Balance must be upheld, let there be peace and no politics in the new home. If fey of any court wish to talk to others of the same, then that would ofcourse be alright. But trying to unite all fey under a single court, and creating subcourts is nothing short of a mortal idea and endevor. I will not endorse it, nor live in a home where it is practised.
Balance must be upheld, - Arronax the Empyrian

*Written in sylvan*
"Better'd our favour with the allies of the Seldarine." Arent faerie part of that? Yet you restricted their presence in our fair city, might have been taken care by now, still it shows lack of respect towards them.
What's done is done, and we are not going to apologise to the Fey for their actions AGAINST the Seldarine, but we will work together with them to build our allegiance, and companionship, once again."
I took this part from elfs posting board..
Could anyone explain me better the faeries opinion at the Seldarine here on Amia? As I do respect the Seldarine. Havent we always been allies of the Seldarine and the elfs?

Our divine rulers, Oberon and Titania, are friends with the Seldarine. The alliance between sylvan and elven gods goes back to times immemorial, and through hardships such as the attack of the dark gods against Arvandor. To speak ill of elven gods is surely short-sighted! The patrons of mortals may not concern our fates much, but to treat divine power with disdain in a world that practically lives by it seems silly to me! And if elves if elves have misunderstood this and falsely believe us blasphemers, their loss.

I've been told some faeries have spoken ill of the Seldarine and choose to not follow elven standards or such in matters. This is both extremely shortsighted and silly. I know that fair's fair, and all things should be re payed in kind.. but we are two different people.
I feel I've been wrongfully banned from Winya, and this have been a constant thorn in my side. Have I chosen to be a thorn in theirs in an equal manner to repay it? Fair's fair right? no I haven't. I've smeared myself with patience and understanding for elven ways of doing things and the like. We all have to shown a respect for their way of life, for them to show respect to ours.
I have never disrespected the Seldarine or the elven faith in gods either, I simply have stated that I do not follow them, nor pay homeage to them. And on more than one time, I've been told that I disrespect them, or fey in general do. And how they respect Titania and Oberon and so on. I think therein lies the problem. They brush us all with one stroke, and see what they choose to see.
They would turn away someone who uses necromantic magic to kill and save people, because of how dark and evil it supposedly is. Yet they do not even once mention or mind the nixies or Sheverashians that live in Winya, and whom have done far worse.
Like in the past, we simply have to show patience and let the elves find out where they truly wish to take matters. But do not brush all elves with one stroke, like so many of them do to us. in this matter Fair's fair, sure.. but it does not help us or them in any way. Rise above it, brothers and sisters. Prove why we are one of the oldest and most powerful races on Toril, and why we still are so many, compared to the other old races. Make all faeries proud.

*an elegant note is left in all places where fey congregate*
We are the keepers of Balance, in all things.
The elves have forgotten their way, and have forgotten who it is they discriminate against. In their short-sightedness, they believe anything that is not an elf, must in turn be wrong.
Though they try to correct this imbalance now, it is not their choice, nor their responsibility, to do so. It is ours. No mortal can do this job better than us.
We, on this Isle, have been wronged. Thus, an imbalance has ensued. There are few ways to correct this. We could return the wrongs done to us in various ways, yet this is a short-sided idea that does not solve the problem.
Establishing our own area of peace will right this wrong. In essence, the many fey showing respect to each other that cannot be had from the mortals brings about balance. Our peace and respect will countermand their aggressiveness and disrespect.
Balance is the nature of all things. We are the Guardians of this Balance.
Let it be done.
