totally ooc but explains my frustration.. the silverbeards ALL had summons out in bendir several time previously seemed Sally was happy.. we as staunch defenders of bendir assumed we were trusted to be benign allies given some leeway.. thats why as Myr i did my lost temper thing.. felt insulted by a stranger hin id never met yet risked much to help..

*After hearing about all the recent troubles in the Dale, and experiencing many himself, Ukre has decided he may as well go ahead and attempt to see if he can give one last go at fixing things (as he sees it), by calling a meeting in which the residents can discuss and vote on items for the plan he and his brothers wrote up for the town. Ukre requests in the post however, that first he wants everyone to leave a notice in his cubby of what the best time would be and that they plan to show up, so he can leave a copy of his plan with them, that they have to think on it before the meeting is given a set time. *

Only two PC votes per players please btw. I trust folk will vote based on their characters, but still, more than that I think wouldn't be fair.

Lyle the character shouldn't really have to okay it as far as I know, unless Bobo has had Nof replace himself with Lyle as mayor or something, but regardless, Ukre has spoken about it to Lyle and many other residents ICly already anyway. The reason I didn't call it earlier, back then, is partly because Sauce left for a while and there wasn't a Dale DM and after that, I myself wasn't playing on Amia either, partly due to not having steady internet access. I suppose I should have said all this in the first post for people who weren't there for all that, but yeah, there it is now.  //

First of all, back in July, he had knee surgery which had him bedridden for a few weeks.
Then, his computer completly up and quit till the end of the Summer.
Now, he is EXTREMLY busy with his job. Hes a teacher and they're pushing a lot of new rules at his school that force the teachers to put in HOURS more than they used to.
SO! He MIGHT show up in the next few days since we're on Thankgiving break, but i wouldn't count on it.

Fink Dallyknock probably hears about the meeting through the grapevine, and relays back through contacts at the crouching lemur that he would like to attend. His schedule is fairly open (Day 1 - Chicken, Day 2 - Fish, Day 3 - Mutton, etc.) so he will merely wait and hear what time it will happen and try to be there.

A letter to the Fist
[i] Dear respected members of the Fist.
A few days past this sentient was assualted by a dhearow wielding Necromantic spells. One retreated in the onlslaught of such spells, then followed said caster of wide spread area affecting magics into your fair city, where one did make a careful watch after failing to stop him with ones arrows before he entered your gates.
This sentient maintained a watch for near 8 hours as the dhaerow, freely exposed did converse with one of the members of your city without a challenge. In respect of your towns virutes this sentient did not make any attempts to gather ones revenge on Hin-sentient sovreign soil. One did wait until the aforementioned fellow was well outside the Limits of your gates before striking swiftly and surely killing the transgressor with a single palm strike to the neck.
At this time this Sentient was challenged by an alledged female member of the Triadic Knights and a fellow with an Ill look about him. The females name was Miram and she made all sorts of accusations against this sentient about murder, assualt etc, whilst the fellow with the ill favoured look first raised the necromancer and then brought to unlife a spirit of evil intent.
This one proceeded to challenge the female Miram to -do- her duty and expunge the unlife brought into her presence. After some time she failed to do this, so as the Sun God commandeth this sentient took the matter into his own hands and attempted to expunge the undead, albiet landing a few ill timed blows on the ill favoured fellow. The fellow hastily retreated this sentients wrath.
At this time, the non-sentient, later identified as Tarick arrived in Dragon form and did proceed to insult all those around him. The Necromancer believing himsef to be currying favor with a powerful Red did proceed to cast manifold protective spells upon the fellow, at which point this sentient ended his life, for the second time, with a double punch to the gut and a snap kick that broke his neck.
Again this sentient was accused of Murder by the Triadic Hin named Miram and again this sentient refuted the accusation at which point the Tarick-Red did proceed to attack this sentient first in Dragon Form then later shapechanging into his true form and the world went Dark.
One awoke sometime later at the Lemur monastery wherein this sentient did proceed to scribe this account in full.

A notice is put up.
More patrols should be taken around Dale lands - those stretch down the south road toward the orc caves, to the foothills of the Skull Crags, to the southern entrance of the forest and to the Mylock Hills borders. Those lands are Dale lands and need to be kept under tighter hold. That said...
A kobold who frequently remains in the shape of a Red Dragon, claiming it is his true form. Despite being asked, even ordered, to refrain from camping or traveling through Dale lands in this form, I have suspicion that he still is. Should he be encountered in his dragon form, give him an order to unshift or leave. After two warnings, should he continue to try and argue, engage him in non-lethal combat.

Willow reads the anonymous note and leaves a message of her own which in imprinted on an oak leaf.
I've seen this Kobold many many times near the Dale shifted as a Dragon. He's actually very friendly, but if he's been told not to be shifted around the Dale, than so be it. Watch for him near the entrance to the Forest. Who wrote this message anyway?

There's a black slaad who's been staying around Bendir Dale recently. Suggest it moves on, but don't attack it alone as it's strong. It is not allowed inside the walls under any circumstances, however.

I will be going away on a long journey for awhile. I'm not sure when or if I will return, just that I will be gone for some time. Please do not worry for I am not traveling alone neither, Perry Jeldows will be accompaning me as well as this other young hin named Elward. They will return sooner than I however, I only asked that they escort me past the Chondal Woods where I have arranged transportation from there.

Please vote on the absentee ballot here, if there's any chance you won't be able to come but would like your Dale PC to have a say, in the following fashion:
Measure 1: Yes
Measure 2: No
Measure 3: Pass
etc.
With pass being a no-vote of course. Please also try to *vote as your character would* and limit your votes to up to two Dale resident PCs only if you're participating. Thanks.//
